Chapter 21- Unexpected Meeting

The atmosphere turned stiff as Li Zhen glared at the man who had completely ruined her good mood.

"Lin Xie? Oh, this is bad! What is he doing here?" She thought inside her brain which had stopped working.

The man was standing before her with a woman in his arm as if she was his girlfriend. According to Shouyi, he shouldn't be seen in public even if he had one.

"Mr. Lin, May I know who is this woman?" Li Zhen asked as her eyes turned red remembering what Shouyi had told them before.

However, before Lin Xie could answer the woman burning with rage and standing like an iceberg before them.

The woman with a curvy figure wearing a single piece, indecent dress spoke as her big red lips and kohled eyes mocked the woman, "Who are you to ask that question from my boyfriend?"

"Darling! The people here are such busybodies."

She looked at Lin Xie with seductive eyes and a flirtatious smile that even made the onlookers feel ashamed. They kissed fiercely giving rise to Li Zhen's anger as she moved her eyes away.

After almost a minute passed when the two separated their lips and Lin Xie replied with a reddish hue covering his lips and around, "Madam Li, As you see, she is my girlfriend."

"Manning! Be respectful to Madam Li. She is the mother of my junior, Qian Jin."

The moment Su Manning heard the name of the spoiled brat who turned out to be a successful founder of a company in London.

"Oh! My apologies for not recognizing you."

"I am acquainted with Master Jin. He is very cunning I must tell you."

Li Zhen could not hold back and said sharply, "You are in no position to take my son's name."

She was bewildered how the shameless woman knew her decent son. All sorts of thoughts were running in her mind.

She walked away after completely getting her mind and heart burnt out in anger.

Seeing her leave, Su Manning whispered looking at the woman disappearing from her sight like a wolf looking at its prey.

"Why is she here?"

"How are we going to proceed with our plans?"

"You know those Hackers will arrive by tomorrow?"

Lin Xie smiled faintly at the woman who looked like a cat to him, He tucked in her hair behind her ear and said assuring her, "Darling, even if Qian Jin himself arrives here, he cannot stop us."

"Our plan is fail-proof." She pouted and said, "Really?"

He replied with a wink, "Yes!"

Li Zhen was in her room walking right and left biting her lips and strangling her thumbs. Autumn was looking at her feeling dizzy, she asked, "Madam Li, Miss Bai is feeling good now, but I guess I might get sick looking at you."

Li Zhen stopped for a while, then started her loop again without letting the curious girl know anything.

Just then the doorbell of the suit rang, Autumn stood up to check and found no one, just then she felt someone pulling the corner of her frock. Her gaze looked down and found a chubby boy whose cheeks had tears dried up and dirt on his nose and hands.

He looked like a beggar but his outfit looked expensive to be a poor child. Moreover, the resort could not have any beggars disturbing the rich people.

She bend her head and asked, "Who are you?"

"Did you lose your way?" she asked thinking, he might be some visitor's son.

The boy felt that the woman was unfriendly and could not help him, he decided not to waste time and ran away.

Autumn was left dumbfounded, Li Zhen peeked out and asked, "Who is it? Dongmei?" Autumn shook her head and said in a suspicious tone, "It was a toddler boy."

"I guess he must have lost his way." Li Zhen was not interested in the boy. She pulled the girl in and made her sit on the huge couch again and said, "We should leave as soon as we can."

Here Qian Mu peeped his head out from the edge of the corridor wall and looked left and right to check if the area was clear. He was scared to get on the elevator so he ran down the stairs.

Just after he passed two floors, he saw a boy of his age sobbing in the corner. Taking light steps he slowly grew closer to the boy and asked, "Hey! What's wrong?"

"Did you lose your way?" he asked trying to help the boy who was stinking as if just came out of a trash car.

"Why everyone is asking me the same thing? I did not lose my way but I might lose my mind."

He yelled in frustration, no one could tell what pain he was going through at such a young age.

"Hey! I am trying to help you!" Qian Mu yelled back in his childish tone.

The boy turned silent and did not speak but continued crying pea-sized tears, Qian Mu thought in his mind, "I can't leave him alone to cry."

He settled himself on the third step and held his chin with his little palms and pouted, waiting for the boy to stop crying.

Half an hour later, the boy spoke crying, "It would have been better if Bai Mama married my father."

"She could have made him wag his tail for her."

"That bit*ch is nothing!"

Qian Mu immediately covered his mouth and said, "You cannot swear!" The boy pushed him away and said, "Don't come near me! I am dirty and smell bad."

The other boy growled in pain and yelled, "Thank God you are aware! Do you go around hitting and swearing like some crazy gangster?"

Lin Bao answered helping him up and said feeling guilty, "What can I do? My father is a Mafia himself."

Qian Mu thwacked his forehead and said, "If your father is bad that does not mean you should be bad too."

They both sat down as Lin Bao felt touched by what Qian Mu said to him, he asked in disbelief, "Are you not scared of me?" Mumu shook his head and asked, "Why was a son of Mafia crying like a coward here?"

Lin Bao fell into silence again and said as his eyes were glued to the steps which seemed to be going down in one second and coming up in the next.

"I saw my father's new girlfriend doing something bad with a man who met my father yesterday." He spoke as half of his words were left unheard.

"Doing bad? Who? Were you bullied?" Mumu asked curiously.

"No! I saw my father's girlfriend doing adult things with a man my father met yesterday," he spoke in a dampening tone but this time the boy heard him and said, "Your mom cheated?" he asked and received a punch right away.

"That woman is not my mom!"

"She is my father's one of many girlfriends," he said trembling ferociously. Mumu rubbed his nose which swelled up, he thumped Lin Bao taking his revenge, and said, "Okay! My bad!"

"Shouldn't your father be the one crying?" Mumu spoke trying to comfort the boy who had just hit him.

"I regret! I regret not letting Bai Mama marry my father."

"My birth mother was right! Bai Mama was a good woman."

"You don't know how that Su b*tch kicked me out from the room. She had been chasing me from that time."

"I had never been insulted like that from a woman so filthy like her."

The little boy, vented out. Mumu kept patting his back and said when he stopped, "I heard this from my old cousin, that if we don't want to be hunted, we should become the hunter?"

Lin Bao met his eyes with Qian Mu, not being able to understand what he said. A smile spread across Qian Mu's face as he hugged the stinky boy beside him like a brother.
