Chapter 29 :David

SERENE'S POV～

 I help him in cleaning his body with warm water.After teasing him and accusing him of being a creep which he laughs off I help him clean his body before helping him put on a pair of joggers.

 ''I don't want this''Enzo tells me pointing at the herbal soup which makes me roll my eyes.

The maids were informed to prepare it for him to aid his recovery yet here he is complaining.

 ''You have to take it,it's good for your health'' I tell him and move closer to sit beside him.

 ''I told you I am fine,the wound doesn't hurt''he says while giving me those puppy eyes.

 Lorenzo has always had a sweet tooth and we both hate bitter things,but at a point in life I have gotten used to it.

 After persuading him,he finally drinks the soup and I start arranging allthe used plates.

 ''Leave those things alone,the servants will tidy them''Enzo tells and and grabs my hand leading me out of the room.

 I cannot help but look how his back muscles flex,they clench and unclench with each movement the viens on his hands doing nothing to make him less attractive.

 My eyes trail lower and I bite my bottom lip smiling at the handsome man before me.

 We use the elevator downstairs,the ride downstairs is silent as a comfortable silence washes over us.

 My hands in his while we stand close to each other,my head barely reaches his chest at how tall the man is.

 We reach down and the elevator doors open,walking into the living room I almost choke at the sight before me.

 My best friend Vanessa sits on the couch, Mariano close to her.he suddenly places his hands under her thighs and tugs her towards his body.

 Vanessa straddles him while running her hands through his hair and whispers something in his ear,he whispers back to her and soon they start making out.

 THIRD POV～

 After having their breakfast the couples decided to just sit around in the living room and watch TV.

 Mariano tries concentrating on the TV but soon gets bored and turns towards the blonde beauty beside him.

 He looks at her face intensely before placing his hands under her thighs to lift her effortlessly and place her on his thighs.

 ''What do you think you are doing De Angelo'' Vanessa whispers while running her hands through his hair and he grins.

 ''I am bored Alexis''He replies before placing his lips on hers amd soon they are lost in a fierce lip battle.

 Their lips move against each other passionately and Vanessa threads her fingers in his dark hair pulling slightly which makes him groan.

 Seeing the scene before her Angelina turns to look at Vincenzo who is focused on the TV.

 She slowly uses her fingers to trace from his chest down to his stomach.

 Feeling the naughty hands on him he lightly smacks her hands away from the waist band of his trousers.

 ''Ouch Vinny''Angelina cries out her voice soft,Vincenzo turns to look at her only to see her eyes watery and a look of being wronged on her face.

 ''Sorry''He apologizes but she just turns her head away from his direction pouting.

 Vincenzo had not hit her hand painfully infact it was more of lightly removing her hand.

 Seeing the look on his woman's face Vincenzo leans down towards her ear.

 ''I am sorry baby''he apologizes purposely allowing his lips to touch her earlobs which make her body tremble.

 Grinning he is about to pull back when she suddenly turns placing her lips on his,soon they too get lost in their own worlds kissing passionatly.

 The odd couple there sat down on the other side of the other side of the couch a frown on both their faces.

 Giovanni lets out an annoyed groan at the sight of his sister in a liplock with vincenzo in front of him.

 Camilla just sits there her face blank trying to mask her discomfort and the little envy running through her.

 The man she loves wants nothing to do with her so she just sits minding her business.

 Serene is nestled in Lorenzo's arms,they sit there watching tv and talking about business when a figure suddenly enters.

 ''Hello people''A voice calls out and they all turn to look at him.

 ''David''
