The Condescending Gaze They Give
Avians and her two bodyguards were almost dragged out of the lobby of the company that would be working with TechNC. That was until the voice of the man they had been arguing with appeared and put a stop to it.
Making them instantly turn their heads in surprise as he spoke to them.
"Who dares drag my wife out of here?" he asked in a cold, piercing tone.
There was Adrian along with the company owner, Gonzales, coming towards them. His gray eyes stared intently at everyone there.
"Mr. Adrian,"
Seeing her husband coming, Avians immediately approached him.
"Ian," she called.
"Avi, are you alright?" the man asked as he rubbed his wife's head.
The two receptionists and Janiece were even more surprised to find out that Avians was indeed Adrian's wife. They didn't expect her to be telling the truth.
"What's going on here?" Gonzales asked them all.
