ISSUE #29

Ian crashed through another wall, sent flying by another one of Nitro's explosions.

" Fuck." Ian cursed. He didn't expect for either of the two men to pack as much of a punch as they did.

" Ha! Welcome to getting your ass kicked 101, your instructors today are Tombstone and Nitro. I hope you survive the experience. HUGH!" Tombstone ran up to Ian and kicked him in the stomach, sending him crashing through the next wall.

" GUH!" Ian gasped for breath as Tombstone's boot hit him. He smashed through another concrete wall once again and rolled along the ground. " Damn this guy. His skin is hard as hell." Ian spit up a bit of blood and got to his feet. " Alright, ya big bastard. Let's try this again. " Ian and tombstone engaged in a power struggle, with both fighters trying to assert dominance over the other. Tombstone was strong, yeah. Strong enough to lift six tons with ease, but Ian was stronger, the only difference was, Tombstone's skin. That and Nitro's ridiculously strong explosions.

" Ya know, I expected more from you tombstone. In, all honesty without your little backup dancer, you would have lost a long time ago." Ian told the man. He started pushing Tombstone back.

" Maybe, so kid. But at least I ain't the one who's gonna die tonight. Nitro blast us!" Tombstone shouted.

" Right!" Nitro, who had just pulled himself back together, let loose another explosion right behind Tombstone, sending Ian flying.

" Ugh! That guy's ability is annoying." Ian exclaimed.

' Can anyone get up to the fourth floor? I got a guy up here called Nitro, who keeps blowing himself up.' Ian asked.

' We're stuck here.' Cyclops replied.

" AHAHAHHAHA! What's wrong X-man? Have a pumpkin on me!" Hobgoblin launched a parade of pumpkin bombs at Scott, which Scott blocked with his optic beams.

' Don' worry, Gambit is on da wey, hommie.' Gambit replied.

' Thanks, I'm need that like right now. Got tae go! Ugh!' Ian exclaimed.

' Gambit, get up there fast.' Scott told the man.

' Don' worry, gambit never leaves a man behind.' Gambit replied. He pole vaulted his way up to the window seals and started climbing the side of the prison.

Gambit quickly made his way up the prison to help Ian, who was being tag teamed by the indestructible teamwork of Tombstone and Nitro.

The Fourth floor was a complete wreck. There were bodies of Inmates and guards everywhere.

" Ugh!" Ian went crashing through another wall.

Nitro's explosions were doing less and less damage every time, but the force of them were still quite powerful.

" Damn, this kid is ridiculous. Tombstone, hurry up and finish it. I can't do this all night." Nitro told the man. He was beginning to feel the strain of exploding so many times.

" I'm trying. But this kid is stronger than me." Tombstone told the man.

" Getting tired, Nitro? I thought I was playing with the big boys?" Ian spoke. He got back to his feet, his shirt torn off, and ready to go once more.

" Gah, this was supposed to be a quick and easy job. Now we got the Avengers and the X-men breathing down our necks. And whoever this little runt is. It's pissing me off." Tombstone stated.

" Well, den. You really ain't gonna like me hommie." Gambit burst through a window and rained down a barrage of exploding cards on Tombstone and Nitro.

" AhHH!" Nitro was sent flying by the exploding cards, but Tombstone withstood them with ease.

" That the best you got chump?" Tombstone asked.

Ian took the moment of distraction to attack Tombstone, punching him in the face and knocking him across the room.

" Thanks, that guy as troublesome." Ian told the man.

" Don' worry about it hommie. We all need help every now and den. How you holdin up in here?" Gambit asked.

" It sucks, the food is crap, and I haven't been able to leave the cell once the entire time." Ian replied.

" I get it man, you ain't so happy with us right now. But know when you get out, Gambit got you covered. We gon have a good ole time. We make it up to ya." Gambit spoke.

" Yeah? Well, how about we focus on livin right now." Ian told the man.

" You right. Let's send these fools packin." Gambit spoke.

" That is the idea." Ian charged Tombstone and tackled the big man, while Gambit went off to fight Nitro.

" Not so tough without your back up dancer now, are ya ugly?" Ian asked.

" Don't press your luck punk. I can still handle a little shit like you." Tombstone exclaimed. He reeled back and punched Ian, this time however, his fist stopped on impact and Ian didn't even budge. " AGHHH!" Tombstone shouted. His fist cracked against Ian's skin.

" Sorry, about that. See, I've been fighting all this time, and it's been a bit taxing on my healing factor. And your friend well, he was really giving me the works. But I've had time to recover now. So, on a scale of one to ten. How fucked are you?" Ian asked. Ian smirked at the man only enraging him.

" AGHHHHH!" Tombstone hollered as he swung wildly at Ian.

Ian dodged his fist and punched him twice in the back, bouncing him off a nearby wall twice, before grabbing him and throwing him into another.

Tombstone got to his feet, just in time for Ian's fist to connect with his jaw, sending him crashing into the ceiling and skidding right through it.

The upper half of his body was stuck in the ceiling while the lower half dangled down in front of Ian.

" All right. He's done." Ian spoke.

' Gambit, how are things on your end?' Ian asked.

' Jus fine. I got dis guy.' Gambit replied,

' Alright. I'm gonna go up to the next floor. Once you're done let the rescue team know.' " This is ridiculous." Ian spoke. He sighed and rubbed his face. He could still go, but all this fighting was just growing weary.

The staircase to the next floor had been destroyed during his fight with Nitro, so Ian had to improvise. He gathered his strength in his legs and leapt into the air, tearing through the cement floor and landing on the next one. This was the last floor in the building, and it was usually meant for the more notorious villains.

" It's quiet." Ian spoke. He looked around and noticed that the floor was nowhere near as bad as the others were. And for some reason there wasn't a person in sight. That was concerning. " This is the floor the wreckers, absorbing man, And Rhino was on. But it looks fine compared to the others. I mean, obviously, Nitro's explosions hit this floor too. But where are the guards? Where's the want and destruction? Even the cell doors are intact." Ian stated.

' Emma, I need help. Is there anyone else on the fifth floor?' Ian asked.

' Let me do a quick scan.' Emma replied.

It took a few moments, for Emma to check. She was still preoccupied with keeping everyone else updated.

' Ian, be careful! You're surrounded!' Emma exclaimed.

" What?" Ian asked.

A giant green hand burst through the wall and grabbed Ian.

" WHAT THE DEVIL?!" Ian shouted. He was pulled through the wall, by the abomination, who picked him up with ease.

" Hello, boy!" Blonsky spoke.

" Bleeeegh! He's just a child. I thought we were fighting the Avengers?" Ian looked up to the ceiling and saw a giant black creature with a white spider emblem on his chest.

" Whatever he is Venom doesn't matter. just kill him already. We set this trap for nothing."

" Shut up, Klaue." Abomination replied.

" I agree with Klaue, I say we just kill the runt!" Sabertooth exclaimed

While the villains pondered what to do with Ian, Ian reached out to everyone through their link.

' Okay, I'm gonna need a lot of help up here ASAP!' Ian told Emma.

' Hang on, we're coming!' Logan told the boy.

" How did I get stuck in here with you idiots?" Blonsky asked.

" NAGH! We all owed Otto a favor. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be here right now. But a debt a debt. And after this is over, I hope I never see any of you again." Klaue stated.

" Oh, Klaue. You guys are gonna be seeing a lot of each other." War machine told the man. He fired a volley of missiles into the room, knocking everyone apart.

The group ended up separated and reeling from the fire.

" Gah! Im snap that metal bastards neck with my own hands." Sabertooth screamed.

* SNIKT! SNIKT!

" Not today, bub!" Wolverine told the man. " So, yer picking on children now, Creed?"

" Wolverine, had I known he was yours's I would have killed him sooner." Creed told the man.

" NAGH! Well, not today, bub." Logan raised his hand and lunged at Creed and the two ended up falling out of the prison, from the top floor.

Meanwhile, another fight was currently getting started.

" RAAAAAGH You little runt! I go toe-to-toe with the Hulk! You think I can't snap your little neck?!" Abomination asked as he and Ian pushed against each other.

" UGHHHH! You're definitely stronger. But I don't give up so easily." Ian told the man. Abomination was by far the strongest man he's faced in the entire prison. Not even Rhino, or the Wreckers, or even Creel could measure up to the strength of the abomination. He knew now why the Hulk always struggled with him. Ian reeled back and punched the abomination in his face, causing him to stumble backwards. " AGH" Ian hit abomination with two more hooks to the jaw, he then hit him in his stomach over and over again.

" GRRRR!" Abomination growled. He caught Ian's fist and headbutted him right in his face. He then backhanded Ian across the room, knocking him into a wall.

" UGH!" Ian grunted. He hit the wall hard and got to his feet, only to be immediately smashed through it by a charging Abomination. Ian was lifted off the ground and abomination grabbed his leg. He then started smashing Ian against the ground over and over again.

The ground started cracking under the force of which Abomination slammed Ian with.

" Heh! Still confident?" Abomination asked.

Ian, groaned in Abomination's hand, really feeling the pain. But he knew he still needed to push forward.

" AGHHHHHH!" Ian threw his weight forward and headbutted, Abomination right in his jaw, forcing him to drop Ian, who hit the floor hard. Ian quickly got to his feet and punched abomination in his gut as hard as he could. Every time he hit him; his hands stung with pain. But Ian continued any way. He wasn't holding back either. He wasn't trying to prevent himself from accidentally killing the man. With everyone else he only used enough force to beat them into submission. Ian knew he didn't have that luxury here. Not with Abomination. He knew if he held back even for a moment Abomination would kill him. Ian had never tried pushing himself to the limits before. He hadn't tried... Until now.

He unloaded on Abomination with everything he had. But for every punch he threw, Abomination returned the favor just as hard, no, even harder.

Ian's face was bloody, he knew if he was still normal, he probably would have a broken nose from the force and weight of Abominations punches.

" Gah! Stubborn brat!" Abomination, reeled from one of Ian's punches only to slam his fist right into Ian's face in return.

The two men, were locked in place, just firing blows back and forth.

" Piece of shit!" Ian cursed back at the man. " I don't care what happens to me. I swear I will break you!" Ian exclaimed. He punched abomination in his face, hard.

" You will die trying!" Blonsky replied. He dropped both of his heavy hands down on Ian's head, and for a moment Ian felt himself black out only to wake a moment later.

" Fall, damn you!" Ian punched Abomination in the gut and the man, regurgitated.

Abomination returned the favor by slamming his knee into Ian's torso, forcing him to spit up blood in return.

" You! Will! FALL!" Abomination declared. He slammed his fists down on Ian's back and smashed him into the ground. He grabbed Ian and hoisted him up over his head. " NOW YOU BREAK!!!" He smashed Ian down over his knee and had it not been for the adamantium bonded to his skeleton, he would have snapped the boy's spine in half.

" GAAAAAAAAAH!" Ian hollered. He was hurting badly. His body was sore all over, and his healing factor had been nearly burned out from the number of wounds he had received throughout the riot. Ian bounced off of Abominations knee and landed harshly on the floor. He tried pushing himself up, but was quickly slammed back down by Abomination, who smashed his foot over Ian's head.

" That should have ripped you in half. What are you made of kid, pure metal?" Abomination asked with a smile on his face. He felt a hard hand touch down on his shoulder and he turned his head.

" No! But I am Svoloch!" Colossus spoke as he slammed his metal fist into Abomination's face.

Colossus was stronger than, Ian but not by much but his metalic form made him more durable.

Colossus and Wonder man both pushed Abomination back while Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) Grabbed Ian.

" You alright, Kid?" Kate asked.

" Hurting, bad." Ian told the woman. He was in bad shape. And the force of Abomination's fist pounding into his skull over and over again, gave him a severe concussion.

Ian was bleeding heavily from his nose and from the gash on his head.

" Alright, come on kid. You've done enough. Leave the rest to the adults." Kate told the boy. She started trying to carry Ian out of the prison, but she underestimated how much Ian weighted.

" GAAAH!" Kate and Ian both looked back to see Wonder Man getting swatted away by Abomination.

" You think you can beat me? I broke you once already Wonder Man." Abomination told the man. " And you, Colossus, aren't much more impressive!" Abomination told the man; he grabbed Colossus and tossed him across the room.

" Damn it!" Kate cursed. " Sit here." Kate spoke. She sat Ian down against a nearby wall and turned back to help the others fight Abomination. Kate ran up to Abomination and jumped off his back, using him as a springboard, and shot him in the face with a clay arrow.

" Gah! You little bitch!" Blonsky cursed. He started clawing at his face, frantically trying to clear it, only to be met a barrage of exploding arrows right to his face. " Gah, you think this hurts me? It only pisses me off." Abomination told the woman. He charged Kate, running straight through her explosive arrows. He slammed his fists down to try and flatten her, but she rolled out of the way.

" Come on, ya fish faced bastard." Kate told the man. She was trying to buy time for Colossus and Wonder Man to recover but trying to keep Abomination busy was easier said than done.

" Hold on, Hawkeye I'm coming!" Wonder Man shouted. He flew up behind Abomination and tried to punch him in the back of his head, only for Abomination to avoid it and grabbed him by his leg.

" NAAAAH!" Abomination roared; he swung Wonder Man around and threw him at Kate.

Kate dodged it, but Wonder Man went crashing out of the window. Kate rolled onto her knees and Abomination, stood right above her.

" Oh no!" Kate exclaimed. She looked up to see Abomination right above her.

Abomination smiled and reached his hand out to grab Kate.

" HAAAAAAAAAAH!" Seeing Kate was in trouble, Ian got to his feet and charged Abomination. Using all of his strength to carry himself forward. He speared Abomination through the wall and the two started falling from the top of the burning prison towards the ground below.

" GAAAAAAAH! WHY WON'T YOU DIE?!" Abomination roared, he and Ian started trading blows once more as they hurtled towards the ground.

" I never quit! I never give up! I keep on coming! I fight till my last breath! I! AM! AN! ONSLAUGHT!" Ian told the man. He grabbed Abomination by his waist and used the momentum to his advantage. " LIGER BOMB!" Ian power bombed Abomination from the top of the prison. The moment they both hit the ground, it felt like an earthquake had just shaken the entire Island.

The ground upheaved and waves the size of ships shook against the shores.

Both Ian and Abomination were down for a moment. But sure enough, true to his name, Abomination emerged from the ground, bleeding from his mouth.

" Little brat..." Abomination gasped. He clutched his chest heavily and spit up a mouthful of blood onto the ground. ' I let my guard down... Damn it!' Abomination was cursing himself internally. He hadn't expected some unknown boy to be able to get the better of him even if he was distracted. " I swear I'm gonna kill everyone on this Island!" Abomination growled.

" I think not Foul Beast!"

" AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!"

Abomination looked up to see the timely arrival of the Avengers in their entirety.

Iron Man, Captain America, Ares, Hulk, Dr. Strange, Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Black Widow, Yellow Jacket (Hank Pym), Luke Cage, Justice, Black Panther, Iron fist, The Wasp, The Fantastic four, The X-men, X-factor. All of them.

" You're finished, Blonsky." Hulk told the man.

" I'll be finished when I'm dead, Hulk!" Abomination prepared to fight, even against the insurmountable odds in front of him. But in a split moment, Ian got to his feet and with all of his remaining strength, he slammed both hands into the back of Abominations head.

" GAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Ian hit Abomination as hard as he could, and the giant green beast dropped. He wasn't ready for the attack, and once again was caught off-guard.

Ian stood over Abomination, panting. His vision blurring with each passing second.

" HAGH!" Ian grunted. He slammed his foot on Abominations chest. " HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!" Ian roared to the skies above with his head held high, proclaiming his victory to all. " HAGH!" Ian twisted his foot on Abomination, rubbing the defeat in further.

" Stand down kid, I don't want to hurt you." Captain America spoke.

" Hold on, Cap. He's one of us!" Scott told the man.

But Ian, couldn't hear any of it. He stumbled off of Abomination, towards the group of heroes.

" AGH!" Ian groaned. He fell forward face first and hit the ground hard. The exhaustion from his fight with Abomination finally taking its toll.
