Chapter 1: Prologue

The sky is blue, the sun shines beautifully and the weather is clear. However, currently, our protagonist is having a special moment in an enclosed room with his teacher.

Not to give any misunderstanding though, there is nothing hot about this situation as the air conditioner is blowing with all its might to cool down the rising temperature inside the room with electricity.

This situation is just a normal teacher-student meeting within the teacher's office. In fact, the teacher is a 43 years old male with our protagonist who is a 17 years old teenage boy who is in his second year of high school. Hence, since there is no way for an 18+ situation to happen (don't prove me wrong), why does the temperature keep rising?

"So… Takahito. Do you know what you did wrong?"

Amidst the rising temperature, the male teacher asks Takahito with a stern tone. Unexpectedly, the rising temperature might be because of the anger that the Teacher is having facing his most iconic yet problematic student.

It is not that he is stupid or has done any misconduct in the school, but due to how lazy he is with the subject he doesn't like and his playful character.

"No Sensei… Hehe, I don't know what is wrong with my essay."

The teenager answered as he used a finger to rub the side of his face while showing a grin on his mouth. He looked totally clueless which further caused the teacher to get more white hair and crease on his face.

"Ahem… So your assignment was to write an essay about a WAR of YOUR CHOICE."

Trying to control his anger, the teacher asks the student as he tries to remind him what he was supposed to do.

"Yes sir it was"

As if expecting the question, the student answered readily as he affirmed the teacher's questions.

"It was..... Then can you tell me WHAT THE HELL IS THE FOURTH GREAT NINJA WAR!!!"

After the Teacher said that sentence, he looked so furious as if he tried to eat the student who smiled weirdly in front of him. As if the smile wasn't enough, both of his hands are joined together into a weird form and placed in front of his chest. Of course, the Teacher can't recognize the fact that it is a tiger hand seal that the student mimics.

"It was a war so great that the god comes to the world but ends up going back after a bunch of males in no clothing appear in front of it."

When speaking this sentence, the student looks so solemn, similar to reciting something so holy that he needs to speak with clear intonation and gesture. Of course, this just makes the Teacher become more infuriated with him.

"Enough!! Get out for me!"

Thinking that no more talking is useful, the Teacher finally just let the student go as he put zero for his history subject task.

"Hehe… Ok, Sensei!"

The door closes as the male student gets out of the history teacher's room. Although he got zero for his task, this was of no importance to him. After all, many already know that his score can only appear in two forms 100 or 0. 100 for subjects he likes and zeroes for those he doesn't.

Of course, if he is only a normal student his parents would be called to the headmaster's office several times already. After all, if another student writes an essay about a ninja war in a historical essay, the teacher would immediately inform the principal about this.

But he is a bit special. Although he doesn't like history and language much, he is considered a genius in other subjects such as mathematics and natural sciences. This genius of his is what makes the school ignore his antics. After all, the school still wants to retain their genius especially since he wins a lot of competitions which contributes to the achievement of the school.

Since his antics are not really that bad like bullying or having other prohibited items in school, the school can only choose to ignore him which of course, is understood by all teachers in school.

After 4 pm, Takahito finally went home.

Currently, it is 9 pm. After having dinner and solving some homework, He finally lay on his bed as he searched for any new fanfic about Naruto. Reading this kind of thing became his favorite pastime recently as many sci-fi web novels he read are still waiting to be updated which is also the source of his curiosity and advanced knowledge about sciences.

Although He is a Naruto fan, The story has long been finished. While the story of his son is still not, it is not yet the time for it to be updated which makes him a bit bored today.

As he was looking for any new fanfic, a notification from his email sounded out as an invitation link to fill a survey appear on his phone screen.

'What is this? Some kind of prank or spam?'

It was no wonder that Takahito thought this was a prank or spam. After all, the sender of this email has an email account of isekaitruckgod.cdl1106n@gmail.com. There is no one that he knows that ever uses this kind of username.

But as a human, they will always be curious. Especially as someone in the know who understands what the username means, he will not just think that this email is just mere normal spam.

With anticipation, he opens the link to the survey as he is redirected to a survey page.

Takahito furiously taps his phone like a madman as he picks his choice in the survey. Though, it was not until several seconds later that he realized that this was just a survey, not a real one.

"Hah…"

Realizing this reality, his excitement wore off immediately as a helpless smile was shown on his face. With the disappointment, he no longer has any other thought to continue filling the survey as he goes to the last question immediately.

He put a tick in the box as the form then closed just like a normal form. He then got up from his bed to get some snacks in the kitchen. He is thinking of eating them while watching some youtube videos later on.

After arriving at the kitchen, he sees that there are no more snacks remaining inside. With a helpless sigh, he can only put on his shoes as he goes out to the nearest convenience store.

He closed the door to his house as he locked them from outside. There is no one inside this house since he is the only person living in this house.

It's not that he wants to be independent of anything that he lives alone but because his parents got into an accident when he was 14 years old. This might be the reason for his escape to anime, manga, and novels as he grows up.

Fortunately, his parents are quite rich as the remaining money they have can safely allow him to live until university where he either sign up for university with the money and get a job later on or just use the money to lead a normal simple life.

Another fortunate or maybe unfortunate thing is the fact that there is no longer anyone he can call a close family anymore. Advantages? All his parents' inheritance goes to him. Disadvantages? He no longer has any connection to this world anymore besides some of his classmates.

He thought this kind of thing as he crossed an intersection. The road is very quiet with almost no one or vehicle in sight. Only the sound of wind blowing and the flashing of the traffic light remains in this silent night.

Watching the left and right side of this road, Takahito can only sigh inside his heart as he knew that the previous survey is truly just a kind of prank. Although there is a little hope he had previously, this little wish immediately disappears as he can't seem to find his god.

As Takahito crosses the intersection, he feels that the surroundings become brighter as if the moonlight shone bright around him. He can feel the abnormality as he finally gazes at the sky before finding 2 sources of light that are just resolved causing it to be seen as one from afar.

The light continues to be more resolved until finally, the light becomes well resolved before his surroundings become darker as no light shone anymore…

Unknown to the boy, that night was recorded as the most unusual death as a truck fell from the sky and crushed a male 17 years old pedestrian to death.

The truck was supposed to be a custom-made blue truck with a flame decal which is a recreation of a truck from the 'Transformer" film. This truck was ordered by a rich collector who ordered it to be made and transported via plane.

As unlucky as it would be, the plane was hijacked by a terrorist who wanted the plane for themselves. To lighten up the plane, they dump all the cargo which includes the custom-made truck from the sky. This truck ends up dropping for several thousand meters before delivering our MC to his next life.
