Day After Day Pt. 1

I am immortal. But my death is only at the hands of Vayne. She kills anyone she gets jealous of, which I find adorable, and I adore her psychotic tendencies. Two great minds must be eternity's partners from life to death and beyond the afterlife.

Where there is oblivion after the afterlife... there is nothingness, but love comes true in mysterious, unexpected ways. You do not "find" love, for it FINDS YOU!

Blood is lives. Blood is what binds us defines us. Like father, like son, they say because they share the same blood. Blood comes down from generation to generation to descendants, and each bloodline has its own curse and blessing.

It can be eternal life or merely eternal sorrow. Either heaven or hell, between it... we are on earth. From above the heavens down below into the infernal hell, here... in between, we are in the grey. As my brother says, "There is no such thing as grey, only black and white," but he was wrong. Even the most scum of all criminals worldwide have their own heart and sorrow, especially their humanity.

This! This is what made me interested in humans in the first place. No matter how terribly sinful and selfish they care about murdering people, even some homicidal maniacs. When they see the death of their loved ones, they weep worse than any demon after their grace.

This is humanity, and this is what a human is. Humans... are the perfection of God, for God bred humans with his own image. God is you and me. God is everything.

But as for me... I am nothing...

Today, it is 25th February 2021... we restarted. Why? Because it was just a dream, Vayne gave me that sweet dream that I had the fun of my life I've always wanted. Blood, sex, and cigarettes. Nothing else but just my carnal desires. It's okay to feel great about dreaming of something sinful you've always wanted to do. For dreams are sins without consequences!

Here, this is reality. I cannot sin as much as I want... so I have to be careful since this is reality. All sin brings us our own demise.

I went to Guagua wearing my face mask and face shield. Also, with my sunglasses or shades have given by my cousin Cristian. We all know the story; he works with his crew in our house to renovate the damned ruins.

So here I am, free at last! I did the previous entry of my dream journal, and since sundown, I left home at the time.

Then I strolled.

Here I went to the bar, met Vayne...

"How was the dream last night?" she asked.

"You're not real. In the mundane world, at least, you only exist in the astral planes, and I can see you quite transparent like a ghost."

"Thank you. So... you're not buying me a drink?"

"I-"

"Don't drink wine. I know. Let's go outside?"

"Sure."

I went to follow her outside into the alleyway. She led me to a place to feed without my father's friends spying on me on their tricycles.

"Ah, this lot with two salons, a suit and dress store, a sari-sari store, and, of course, a food stand. With many built-in chairs and tables stuck on the ground. They are made out of strong cement, it seems."

"Good luck~! My love!"

The same tranny in my dream went outside and her co-workers, ready to close the shop. They went to the sari-sari store to buy a drink for themselves.

"Why hello there... Shanny?"

"Huh? Oh hi~ who are you? How did you know my name?"

"Because I saw you in my dreams last night..."

"Ooo~ kinky. But seriously, who are you?"

"Forgive me, for I have not introduced myself yet. I go by the alias... 'Count Voltaire'. You may call me to count." I took her hand and kissed it. "To who I owe the pleasure of meeting?"

She blushed really hard, and her co-workers were fangirling hard.

"Have you been stalking me?"

"In your dreams, yes. But not in reality. This is my first time meeting you in real life."

"Wait, did you say dreams? This feels like some déjà vu or something... did we meet before?"

"We did, once. Left you in that bed stained with blood. But I came here to come back."

"Wait... yes, I remember now! You were that guy! I woke up at that motel. I was pale, felt like a drained grape juice."

"Perhaps I was dream walking..."

"Yes, your voice, your face. And those shades, it is you! Where have you been?!" she grinned at me.

"I might say you do have a satisfying flavour."

"Thank you~!"

"Shall we do it again?"

"I'll pay you for it~."

"No need. It's your love nectar I need."

"HEHEHEHE!!!"

"HAHAHA!!!"

Then the one-night stand began again. Drained her dry like grape juice. Left her there and went outside.

I can't believe I was dream walking at that time... I should have known.

I went to the street vendors and ate lots of food using the money she gave me. She was conscious of the time I drained her, and she was shocked. I told her to calm down but never tell anyone that she and I are vampires now.

I even taught her the ropes, everything she needed to know.

After that, I went to the street vendors to eat. Had a cup of double iced espresso back at Housebrew café in front of St. Mary's Academy. The school I saw gave me back nostalgic memories. Also mortified by the traumas I had back there at the same time.

Sadly, it's almost 8 o'clock, so I have to return home thanks to Quarantine Protocols, saying about curfews at night by 8.

So, I went straight home.

The next day...

Indeed, that wasn't a dream. I can remember it well.

After doing my morning rituals, I went outside of the house and saw Vayne again. She ran into another alleyway, a different route. Where is she taking me this time? I went to follow her.

It led me inside the church gardens. And found her there sitting. I asked her what she was doing or what is she was trying to tell me or show. She replied with a smile on her face. Adorable... but that wasn't the point, actually. I wanted to know what she wanted.

"All this... religion war you have, is such an inner conflict dear master..."

I was a bit angry at her, but she was not to be blamed. Instead, I felt disappointed in myself.

"Which side are you on? Think about that for me, will you, master?"

"Anything for my bride..."

"No go on, there is someone waiting for you inside."

I hovered my eyes over the church. I went inside. The foot stepping sounds are music to my ears as I walk through the holy divine presence of the house of God. I went to pray. I think Vayne... was telling me that God is waiting for me for a conversation... at least once in a while since I haven't prayed in years.

It was a long talk, but He didn't say anything. Well, He works in mysterious ways. I hope my prayers will be delivered and soon be answered. What happens next remains a mystery. I went back to Vayne at the church garden, but she wasn't there anymore.

So, I walked outside of the house of God and bought Lipovitan and a pack of red branded cigarettes. I chugged the entire bottled energy drink and puffed hard, inhaling the cigarette. Blew out, exhaling. I went to go to San Fernando City. I just strolled around, where I found myself exhausted. I sat down for a smoke.

I went back home that night at 8 PM. It wasn't anything interesting for anyone to partake in, just a random stroll. As it was sundown, I knew I had to go back home, but I stayed in more forthan an hour and a half. Good thing I made it in time.

Father was on a call with my mother, and I greeted her. The father is done cooking rice, putting it on my plate, and putting on the delicious foods. There I ate Chicken Curry, and he knows my favourite dish. After that, I went to bed.
