Would You Rather?

Suddenly I got transferred to the Tokyo Revengers Universe, where I became a middle school student, named Michi Hirabayashi. With a system at hand that gives me 'would you rather' mission whenever it pleases, making me get involved in the most nonsensical situations at times. Maybe if I'm lucky I can stop some dumb-asses from getting killed.

On Wednesday when I woke up, there was only one thought circulating in my head.

"They wouldn't possibly join forces to gang up on Tetta, right? Right?" I picked up my phone and decided to give him a call, but first I made sure to change his contact nickname to Dumpling.

"Done." And I hit the call button.

"Why are you calling me so early for?" He asked in his usual grumpy voice, yet I was simply taken aback by his dedication to this relationship, he actually cared enough to hear me out so early?

However, did it really indicate my expectations for this guy were rock bottom? Furthermore, would I get excited by any minimal effort made from his side?

On one side it felt weird to have my standards so low, but from another perspective, it was certainly better than having too many expectations which would only lead me to a path of sheer disappointment.

"I luv you uwu," I spoke into the lure in the cutest high pitch voice I could muster.

"...I will block you." I must have taken his breath away because of the slight pause at the beginning. Yet I disregarded his warning assuming he wasn't serious at all.

"Listen... did anyone from Toman contact you and asked to meet up at a suspicious dark alley?" I was met with silence, that lasted around half a minute before I reminded him.

"I'm serious honey." He finally decided to reply.

"What, are you perhaps expecting someone to kill me for such a minor incident they don't agree with?... You seriously anticipate someone to kill your boyfriend because they want to be with you instead?" I sighed since he was misinterpreting my worries.

"No, they aren't like you Saki dear. However, I can see some weirdos going out of their way to beat you up to showcase their dominance." I bet there were at least a few idiots that believed girls preferred strong guys, so if they just showcased their worth they could catch my eye. Additionally, I frankly hoped he wouldn't come across Taiju, that was the guy I was mostly concerned about.

"Stop worrying about dumb stuff and instead start preparing for school." I gasped for them dramatics.

"You can't wait to see me? So sweet of you." He immediately disconnected the call.

"Rude," I muttered under my breath and started to prepare for this day to start.

When I reached my classroom I made my presence known right after I walked thru the doors.

"Who told you, you can hang up on me like this? Maybe I had something important to discuss with you."

"Well did you?" He asked as I shook my head.

"Then what's the problem?" I just pouted while admitting.

"You didn't tell me anything along the lines of 'see you later.'" He sighed.

"I will next time." And that ladies and gentlemen was mine win for sure.

The school day went by peacefully, somehow. The only issue I had to deal with was that the twins admitted they wouldn't share a table with Kisaki at lunch, so I had to come to a compromise with both parties involved.

It seemed like from now on, I would be eating my lunch with the twins and Senju 3 times a week and 2 times with my hubby. And yes it was Tetta himself that pushed for this disadvantage for himself.

When I was packing my bag, I concluded to finally return to the band room to practice my guitar skills once more, but soon heard someone clearing his throat it being a way to catch my attention.

"See you later." Tetta did actually keep his word. I was overjoyed to the point that I hardly realized something was wrong with this interaction.

"Yes, see ya~" I waved him goodbye, but only when he disappeared from my view did I dare to question this scenario.

"Wait... we didn't organize meet up for a date today... does it mean he plans to ask me out later?" I was more than excited since for the past few days I was the one dragging him around when I had the time, so it was nice watching him take the initiative for once.

"I should probably go soon back home so I can change," I told myself and spend the next hour practicing some tunes.

As I was close to finishing, unexpectedly someone started to bang on the door, thinking it may have been Senju, I walked to the door and opened it up fully, revealing the aggravating giraffe standing on the other side.

"What are you doing here?" I was perplexed to say the least, how come not a single teacher has caught his ass in the act? After all, he had no school uniform on, and with his enormous high he was most likely standing out like a sore thumb from the other students.

"I thought I could try my luck, to see if you were in here..." He basically charged in pushing me inside as well.

He plopped his ass on the sofa and looked around.

"No one here?" Obliviously he could see it for himself.

"Good, let's have some fun~ Just you and me." I shook my head wondering if this was a perfect time to ask Kisaki for backup. Yet it seemed like he wouldn't let me, by pulling me onto his lap as soon he got the chance.

I remembered being the one warning my hubby to not tell this giraffe about our relationship yet, but now it was time to protect myself the best I could.

"Let me go, your boss won't like you acting like this." I tried to warn him.

"Oh~ Are you trying to pursue him more seriously now? By trying to cut off anyone else?" He questioned.

"Actually on the contrary we are already dating, so I have no reason to entertain you anymore." He seemed to have thought about it for a while.

"How many times have you been rejected now again? Do you think I would believe such an evident lie? I'm confident he would tell me if such a thing transpired." Great now preventing Kisaki from telling him the news, was biting me in the ass.

"Listen, I was the one that requested him not to tell you. I was convinced you would seek me out if you were informed, but apparently, that didn't matter in the slightest since you came crawling anyway."

"Even if you speak the truth I don't think he will mind if I play with you a little in his absence." I couldn't do anything but facepalm.

"Actually he will... he's not as cuddly as he seems." Hanma blinked at my statement and I finally escaped his grip, that's when a mission came to light.

'Would you rather head back home or buy some food for Shuji Hanma?' I didn't want him to follow me to my house, so the choice was obvious.

"How about I just buy you some food to make you magically disappear so you won't bother me anymore? Does that sound right to you?"

"Oh~ A date, sounds fun." I shook my head disagreeing with him.

"I actually see it as charity for a poor guy that has too many issues and can't take care of himself properly." He didn't seem to agree, but not like he would let go of the opportunity of free food pass him by. So once I packed everything, we headed out.

"You and Kisaki keep treating me real good, how about letting me join into your relationship, what are they called now again?..."

"Polyamory." I reminded him of the word he was searching for, and he agreed.

So we sat at this fast food chain for what seemed like an hour, it felt like Hanma tried to empty all my pockets at this point.

"Have you been starving?" I questioned but then received a call from my Dumpling, the new nickname flashing on my display.

"Where are you? I need to tell you something!" Kisaki sounded angry but relieved at the same time. I gave the address of the place and he actually came running, even I was surprised at him hurrying to find me.

"So your worries were right, those guys deliberately called me out with the pretext of another captain meeting, but omitted to invite you in so they could have a go at me." I knew that would happen.

"I guess you lived... there are no injuries either."

"Honestly I would prefer being beaten up rather than whatever this shit show was." I scratched my head not really following along. I imagined all the boys would have chewed him out was that really better than being beaten up?

"We're here to listen." Hanma didn't seem to be particularly interested, however.

"When I arrived I thought I was screwed since not only the Toman captains were present, but additionally your whole squad with your brother and most of the vice-captains were there." Suddenly the big guy started to pay attention to this story.

"First they displayed their displeasure of our relationship-" But before I could hear the rest Hanma interrupted the interesting tale.

"Wait so she wasn't lying?" He questioned his boss, while Tetta pushed his glasses onto his nose.

"Yeah, we are... weren't you the one that was against him telling the fact?" He directed his attention to me after giving the tall guy a reply. I pouted.

"What can I do when he arrives unannounced and started to flirt from nowhere? I had to use your name to establish some new boundaries." I explained, knowing this guy didn't know how to take a no as for an answer at times.

"Can I join-" Hanma started so I turned back the attention to my hubby.

"So what happened next? I'm intrigued." Thankfully he paid the giraffe no mind.

"Right, suddenly they whipped out a whole PowerPoint presentation on how to treat your girlfriend right, and I was basically forced to study it. They tied me up and started to ask questions about the context afterward, warning me they would hit my legs with a piece of wood if I got it wrong... They underestimated me since I got everything right in the end." Was someone watching too many Chinese dramas perhaps?

"Later Draken pulled me to the side and told me I was doing the god's work or something. And I should spend as much time with you as humanly possible... to think just a few months back I tried to kill the guy." Wait wait, was he suddenly seeing those wackos that came up with this silly idea as friends? Was this improvement I witnessed with my two own eyes? Also, who was the real culprit behind it? Well, at least this guy lived, maybe my friends realized I wouldn't appreciate the use of violence, despite violence against gang members was forbidden and they were in the same boat.

I heard Hanma let out a laugh after hearing the story.

"But should you really admit to something like this in front of her?" He questioned while looking in Kisaki's direction.

"She knows." I nodded my head, admitting to the fact.

"And you still want to date him?" He asked surprised.

"So what, you think I would date a maniac like you, but a scheming Kisaki is taking it too far?" He suddenly fell quiet, then abruptly a quest arrived.

'Would you rather feed your boyfriend some fries or kiss him?' I looked at the fries that looked all sad, soggy, and cold, he likely wouldn't appropriate the gesture, besides I bought them for the giraffe that still wasn't done eating.

"Good work on getting all the questions right, I hope they were beneficial, maybe if the tips were good you can start using them in our relationship... so here is your reward." I quickly gave him a peck on the lips.

"Are you really going to do such stuff in the public?" He asked all embarrassed.

"What a little PDA never hurt somebody," I mentioned, thinking his reaction was just so cute. Who wouldn't want to torment this guy some more when he looked so soft like this?

"But I'm sad I thought you were going to ask me on a date or something... so how about making some plans for our dates right about now?" He reluctantly agreed to all my suggestions, like me getting to stay at his house over the night on Friday and he would do the same at my place on Saturday.

"Can I tag along?" Hanma questioned as I sternly said.

"No way." And then glared in my hubby's direction to let this guy know he was not welcome.

"Ok, but let me hijack at least one of your dates." I didn't understand why Tetta agreed to his demands, like at all.

When I finally returned home I questioned big brother about Kisaki's situation, and hold and behold this whole idea was Jun's, he believed that if they put a lot of pressure on Kisaki to act romantic all the time, at some point he was going to crack, sick of tired not behaving like himself. I guessed their expectations of my boyfriend were even lower than mine if that was possible.
