Current World’s Knowledge

The current world is being attacked by Inter-terrestrial being for unknown purposes but wherever they go, destruction follows. They are like giant insects.

They posses a virus which can cause illness to people who come in contact with it, many die. Some gets infected and live normally but their affinity to Hundred is much more than normal humans making them better to be slayers.

Slayers are a group of people that can fight with Savages particularly because they can control Hundred.

On the other hand, the Variants are a unique group of humans who came into direct contact with the savage's bodily fluids by either being attacked or injected into their bodies, then survived the process. Example - Our MC, original MC, Emilia Ludenberg.

Variants has special affinity to Hundred, Hundred are items made from the variable stones, which came from the same meteorites that came alongside all the Savages in the "first attack".

Its name comes from them being able to manifest a hundred different weapons per person, as well as being the only weapons able to harm the Savage.

There are less than 10 variants in this entire world.

Till now there have been only two attack namely: First and Second Attacks.

The First Attack also known as the First Encounter is an event that occurred prior to the start of the series. This is the first major event that occurred in mankind, in which alongside a huge meteorite, which soon struck the South Pole with the savages riding on top of them. Alongside their arrival, a brand new illness traveled across the globe causing various people to contract an illness, which mankind's current medical research couldn't treat and it became known as the 'First Attack'.

Prior to striking the surface, the meteorite broke out into pieces with savages going dormant in the ocean before arriving to attack humankind.

Second attack was performed by many of these dormant savages attacking in synchrony.

Because it's relatively frequent for a single dormant savage to suddenly wake up and start attacking, these incidents are not termed as numbered attacks like first or second which was on a huge scale.
