To Jon, the glow in Ally's eye was the only light he saw in this downpour.
To Ally, Jon's face was the same.
Not sure if she's the one that he's been looking for all over the city, Jon staggered his steps and looked even closer. His eyes are as sharp as a string of atoms cutting through the darkness and focused on the outlines of Ally's face.
Not sure if he's the one she's been dying to see, Ally reached out with her hand, trying to grasp onto his warm scarred body. Her fingertips extending through space in between them, catching the droplets of rain.
Lightning struck on the ground in between them, burning a hole in the ground, but neither party moved.
'Ally.....'
'My-love...'
