REJECTED IN THE SPIRIT WORLD
As they drew near home, halfway the journey Sasha had a dream. In a dream, she saw clearly Mike cheating her with another lady. This happened as she struggled to have an access of the phone. This prompted for a confrontation between the two, which resulted into a fight. She was determined to win the fight, trying as much as possible to overcome the husband. When she finally realized that he was missing out, she used her mouth for her strength, biting the husband merciless.
An image appeared to Sasha in a dream, a very gigantic man just Infront of her. The image was of a tall man with well built muscles, his face full of beards and a terrifying face. Also, the man had a unique features. He had a one big tooth protruding through the mouth and an extreme nose. In his hand, he held a huge stick which he used to scare away Sasha. She had to run for her dear life. As she accelerated in the hill paths of the region, the gigantic man ran after her, keeping a close range with her.
Sasha was led into a thicket where no one lives. Still running, she was held back by the creature's extended tooth. She was too exhausted after having engaged in a serious running battles. Then, the unique creature commanded, "You young girl, Why are you running? Is it that am ugly before you". The girl nervously answered, "No, am not running away from you, am just committed somewhere.
The gigantic human creature forced her to offer a hug but she refused. It now forceful held her, hugging her from behind. It then stretched it's neck to kiss her and that really shocked Sasha. Sasha was forceful deep kissed by it, and the more she resisted, the more she was kissed.
Sasha struggled from the bondages of the gigantic human creature. When she finally find an opportunity to escape, she rushed and picked a rod which she used to hit it on the head. Immediately the creature struggled, crying in pain and finally collapsed. So Sasha found it easy to escape away.
As Sasha fled away, another image appeared to her. This time was from a familiar face, the face of her grandfather who passed away three years back. She then heard a voice saying, "My daughter, I know you are very excited getting married, you are anxiously waiting to meet your in laws, but now I have a contrary message for you. You have no other choice but to leave him. The family into which you are going to get married to is wicked and you will live in regret. Better listen and act now. Leave the man and return back to your parents. There is fortune ahead for you trust me". This message did not sound well with Sasha. A divorce! No, it won't be business as usual. She definitely disagreed with the message.
Sasha had to respond to the cautionary message being delivered. "It is too late for your advice, how I wish this could happen earlier. For now we are already married and nothing, I mean nothing could separate us," She responded. It seemed that the respond showed disrespect to the advisor, a living dead who was trying to find a fortune for his grand child. When she refused, she was beaten for respecting the words of the wise. Numerous strokes were landing on her back prompting her to let out a loud wail that woke her from the sleep. And that is how the dream ended.
The wail that Sasha let out caught the attention of everyone one in the bus. All people concentrating eyes on her. Even Mike was shocked and embarrassed at the same time. Like there was a period of confusion, but now they had to boldly ignore as if nothing had happened.
So it happened that Mike had been chatting with his ex- lover all through. He forgot to delete the messages. Unexpectedly, Sasha grabbed his phone, unlocked it and started using it. Mike was really terrified as he knew the phone had toxic messages from his ex-lover. Fears ran down his spinal cord. He knew very well that his marriage could end anytime. But he wanted not to look suspicious. He tried to be normal but keenly followed what Sasha was doing with his phone.
When Sasha eventually tapped to open the message app, he grabbed the phone back. Sasha, being dramatic, tries to be forceful, wanting to get it. Mike realized the seriousness of it, he opened the window and threw the phone through it. That is how he buried the evidence that could tremble his marriage. Mike was convinced that it had better be suspected than having clear evidence about it.
To avoid more public scrutiny, the couple left their issues pending to solve later. A great silence was maintained between the two, no one wanted to start a conversation.
After a long time, Sasha started a conversation, explaining to her spouse how she had a worrying dream. The narration gradually started bonding them together and later, they were happy again. Although Sasha was determined to narrate her dream to her spouse, Mike took it lightly. Occasionally, responding to her in a joking manner.
The two arrived at their hometown, alighted from the bus and took a cyclist who drove them back home. On arriving, they found everyone still asleep. The couple walked, going to the main house. The main house belonged to Mike's parents. They knocked at the door and waited to be let in.
Sasha kept wondering. She had assumed that Mike came from a wealthy family. Now shocked, I had to confirm. "Do you mean this is your home", Sasha finally asked. Mike felt embarrassed by the question and the best he could do was to ignore it. The muddy walled houses, some of which were too old with rust, gave a clear picture of the humble background he came from. But he was living a totally different life in town, living in a one-bedroom house in the city for sure was not necessary. Maybe he could concentrate on changing his home situation.
