I drove straight to white moon pack to quickly pick up my mate. I had gone there earlier to warn the alpha to stay away from my family and cancel whatever plan he had with my father because I wasn't going to marry his daughter.
Whilst leaving, I had caught a glimpse of zendaya and her expression broke my heart.
She looked like one who had been crying for a long time, her eyes were all swollen up, she was dressed in tattered clothes and I couldn't bear it. I couldn't bear the fact that my mate was leaving such life in her father's house. The thought of what she could be going through further aggregated my anger and drove me to the extreme.
I don't need to be the alpha to survive. I already made my own money and I can leave on my own, Zek can protect me from any traits.
