Tour of the capital

"Your Highness, congratulations, you are pregnant!" the female medical ninja who was examining Kushira suddenly exclaimed in joy as she felt movements in Kushira's stomach.

"Huh!?" Kushira responded, startled by the sudden news.

In her mind, Kushira yelled, "FUCK!!!!!!!!! NO! FUCK." She hadn't wanted to become pregnant this early. How could she pursue her revenge now? How could she fight?

It's not that she despised the idea of pregnancy, but the timing couldn't have been worse.

Despite her initial disbelief, Kushira quickly dismissed the thought that the medical shinobi might be wrong or lying. The medics assigned to her were top graduates of the imperial academy and held in high regard.

They were unlikely to make a mistake, and lying was out of the question. In the Demon Empire, deceiving the Akuma clan could lead to the destruction of one's entire lineage.

"Please leave me alone for a while," Kushira said, pulling the blanket over herself. Hearing this, the medical shinobis began to leave the room, assuming she was either acting shy or was shocked by the news.

Just as they were about to exit, Kushira added, "Don't tell Majin about it." This time her voice carried a more serious and commanding tone.

"As you wish, Your Highness," the medical shinobis responded, bowing their heads as they left the room.

Although they didn't want to keep secrets from Majin, if Kushira herself wished to withhold this information, they would comply, provided she informed him within a month. Otherwise, the medical ninjas would have to disclose the pregnancy themselves.

"FUCK MY LUCK," Kushira yelled a few minutes after the medical ninjas had left the room.

Half an hour later, in the training ground of the imperial palace, Kushira entered with a wooden sword in her hand, ready for her daily training, which she now regretted requesting. As she stepped into the training area, she saw Majin standing there in a black robe.

Upon seeing him, she became shy and nervous, not yet ready to reveal her pregnancy, though Majin was already aware of it.

"Wear this and follow me," Majin instructed, tossing a robe he held in his right hand before leaping onto the imperial palace wall, which overlooked the entire capital city.

"Huh?" Kushira was initially confused and shocked, but she complied, donning the robe and jumping up to join him on the wall of the imperial castle.

"Are we not going to train today?" Kushira asked as she landed gracefully beside him, her eyes searching Majin's face for clues.

"No, we are going to visit the capital city today," Majin replied, before effortlessly jumping down from the wall. Watching him, Kushira followed suit, landing smoothly on the ground below.

She felt a surge of excitement; despite her time as a student at the imperial academy, she had never really had the opportunity to explore the capital city or make any purchases, as she hadn't had any money back then.

Now, as they walked towards the marketplace, Majin's intent became clear—he wanted to give Kushira a tour of the capital. They strolled through the bustling streets, absorbing the lively atmosphere of the city.

"Hey, can you buy me this?" Kushira's voice pulled Majin's attention back as they navigated through the market area. She was pointing to a silver candy being sold at a stall.

"How much is this?" Majin asked the shopkeeper, an elderly woman, who, upon seeing him and Kushira, replied, "One gold note for one piece."

Hearing this, Majin pulled out a "10 gold note" and bought ten pieces of the candy, handing them to Kushira since he didn't really eat candy himself.

"Hmmm! This is so good," Kushira exclaimed as she ate the candy. It was her first time tasting something like this; she had never had enough money to afford such luxuries before and had lived in the academy hostel.

"I wonder what it's made of?" Kushira muttered to herself before Majin answered, "Silver."

"What?" Shocked upon hearing this, Kushira tried to spit out the candy, but Majin stopped her.

"Y-You guys eat things made of silver?" Kushira asked, bewildered.

"We also eat gold," Majin replied nonchalantly as he checked out a pen at a nearby stall that caught his interest.

After spending several hours exploring, dusk began to settle over the city as Majin and Kushira made their way back to the imperial castle.

Today, Majin's wallet had taken a significant hit—Kushira had managed to spend thousands of gold notes in just one day, a sum that an average person might earn in a whole year.

However, Majin saw the expenditure as an investment. Taking Kushira out was intended to increase her favorability towards him, which now stood impressively at 89. 

As they approached the castle, Kushira hesitated before speaking up. "M-Majin, I have something to tell you," she said, her voice tinged with nervousness.

"What is it?" Majin asked, although he already suspected what she was about to reveal.

"I am pregnant," she finally confessed.

"I know," Majin replied calmly, not showing any surprise at her announcement.
