Akihiro retracted the spear and sent it towards Itachi again and this happened in less than a millisecond, this was something that he copied from Ichimaru Gin, His Bankai, Kami shini no yari.

He extends the spear at lightning-fast speed and retracts it repeatedly, he also made a hole in Itachi's stomach, this is not going to go on permanently so he flickered towards Itachi and stabbed him in the stomach again which made Itachi flinch.

And then in an instant, Akihiro stopped seeing anything from his Right eye,

And then he looked around and found out that he hadn't moved at all since the Beginning and Itachi only had some blood coming from his stomach meaning that the Genjutsu had started after he made a hole in Itachi's stomach, he then took this chance to blind me in one eye, 'Obito was going easy on me but..the Monstrosity called Uchiha Itachi isn't.

Akihiro pulled out the Kunai and threw it on the ground then saw that there was an explosive seal on it he quickly ran away from there and appeared in front of Itachi and kicked him in the gut which was dodged by Itachi.

And then Itachi started a Taijutsu fight which ended being terrible for Akihiro since half of it was in Genjutsu and Akihiro is terrible at it he was also hit by many Kunai's strengthened by Fire ninjutsu and had to take on multiple Fireballs to his face,

He was lucky that Itachi spent a lot of his chakra using Tsukuyomi on Sasuke or he would have been destroyed by Itachi using Tsukuyomi, Akihiro for the first time in his life felt fear.

Akihiro quickly took away Fugaku's eyes and absorbed all of Itachi's chakra and took out the Chakra rod.

And quickly ran to a secluded place, the place where Orochimaru's previous hidden base was.
