Shadley stood caught between choosing the school or Tracy. He wanted to protect her he knew it inside of him ,why? perhaps, he wasn't so sure if that.He couldn't leave her ,no, not after promising,he thought.
" I've talked to principal Wilmer and he has agreed to support any decision we make " Daisy announced."All in favour of Tracy kendell leaving Wilmer academy, hands up..."
Everyone except Shadley and Dianne had their hands up. Shadley turned to sharpay and felt a strong pain of betrayal pierce through his heart seeing his hands were up. She understood his gaze and murtered an apology.
"Sorry." she said with an apologetic look." But it is for the greater good." She added.
" Majority wins the vote. Tracy kendell you are to leave the school before midnight."Daisy declared with a stern look.
"What?!" Shadley exclaimed in Shock." But she has nowhere to go." He protested in anger. Tracy stood with tears dripping down her cheeks.
"I'll go." Tracy announced and Shadley turned to dissuade her." No you, you don't have to . I'll talk to my dad ,I'll try to dissuade him. But please don't go." He moved closer to her and held her shoulder. " We're in this together, remember?" He added his voice breaking as he spoke.
" I'm sorry Shadley but my stay here will only cost more danger on not only the school but ... you. People will continue to get hurt if I stay... Innocent lives will be lost...I think that it is for the best that leave." Tracy sobbed.
"No,no,no. You're not Tracy. We are a team remember, get it together." He said trying to put some senses into her.
"I know, but we are on different sides now. Believe me when I say you were the best part of my stay in this school.Ill always remember you and all that you have done for me but now..." Her voice broke."... Now you've got to let me go." she said .
Shadley felt like a sharp sword had home through his heart. His heart ached and so did his head. Her words left him dumbstruck. He didn't know why but he certainly wasn't going to leave her, he told himself. But something about what she said left him immobile and he didn't realize when she walked away.
"You all are going to regret this." Shadley said storming out.His eyes were raging with anger that everyone felt chill run down their spine as he said those words.
" Dad!" Shadley yelled storming into his father's office.
" Son." Mr Wilmer called out surprised to see his son in anger.
"How could you ?" Shadley questioned in rage.
"I see the super squad has come to a decision to send the girl away." Principal Wilmer said in calm voice.
" So you knew about it?" Shadley asked in disbelief, his blood boiling." The girl poses a threat to the school and the lives of everyone in it...Yours included." He pointed out.
" Shit! That's all bull shit!" Shadley cursed banging the desk.
" That girl is a direct descendant of the fallen angel." Principal Wilmer said surprising Shadley." So you did know after all." Shadley remarked. "I certainly will know about everything that goes in in my school."Mr Wilmer remarked.
"Of course I did. The monsters are attracted to her son. They'll continue to hunt and in the course kill everyone around her. Just like they did to her mother." Mr Wilmer said. Picking an ancient book from one of his shelves,he began flipping it's he continued."Son, I have been waiting for the right time to tell you this and I believe this is it..." Shadley gave a questioning look.
"Sun there is an old prophecy which says that at a certain time one will be born, and will be the key to open the gate of hell as well as be the lock. That person is Tracy. "He paused to look at a drawing in the book before handing it to Shadley." And there will be also one to put an end to the former. " He took deep breathes before adding ." Abs they person is you ,son."
Shadley subconsciously took few steps backwards from shock, this belief and confusion. "What are you saying? " Shadley asked his voice breaking.
"Shadley ,Tracy is destined to put an end to the descendants of the falling Angels and you my son are destined to put an end to her."principal Wilmer explained.
"It's all written in the book. "He gestured for shadely to take the book. Shadely slowly took the book from his father while praying silent sleep for the prophecy to be forced and all made up by his father but to eat this pleasure it's all turned out to be true. Is slowly read out the prophecy and is eyes moved to the drawings and a tear drop fell on the brown papers. It was true!
It felt as if the drawings were alive . In the depths of a forgotten tome, a powerful illustration emerges. A young girl stands tall and proud amidst a raging inferno. The flames of hell dance around her, but they cannot touch her. Her eyes are filled with determination, and her body radiates an aura of defiance.
The girl is surrounded by grotesque demons, their twisted forms writhing in agony. They reach out towards her with their claws, but she does not flinch. She stands firm, a beacon of hope in the midst of darkness.
The flames that engulf the demons cast an eerie glow upon the scene. They dance and flicker, casting long shadows that seem to writhe and twist like the tormented souls within. The air is thick with the stench of sulfur and the sound of anguished screams.
But the girl is not afraid. She stands tall, her head held high. She is a symbol of strength and resilience, a reminder that even in the darkest of times, hope can prevail.
The drawing is a powerful reminder of the human spirit's ability to overcome adversity. It is a testament to the power of hope and the strength of the human will.
" How come you're telling me this now?" Shadley ashed his father. His father took a while before answering.
"Because I wasn't sure. The prophecy says the savior will be forced to kill the one he truly loves. I wasn't sure because I thought you loved daisy but daisy wasn't the one,but after you stormed into my office raging in anger it all confirmed it." According to the prophecy: a moment of separation would ignite their passion... And that moment.os now." Principal Wilmer explained. Shadley flips the pages of the book and the images come to life.
In the chilling illustration, a young girl gazes in disbelief as the one she loves plunges a dagger into her chest. The raw emotion captured in the drawing evokes a sense of betrayal and heartbreak, with the dark, ominous setting adding to the haunting atmosphere of the scene.
