Chapter 7 - The Full Moon

Third Person POV
Ash was finally out from surgery. The surgery goes very well without any complications. She is transferred to the normal ward at neurology department for monitoring purposes since she just got out from a brain surgery. Her vitals and readings are good so the nurses and doctor went back to their office and working stations.
1.42am of 21st March
The moon glows at its highest; shining proudly above the sky with full brightness. What is a full moon? What will happen during a full moon? Who will normally be affected by it? The full moon has been associated with strange or insane behavior which includes suicide, sleepwalking and violence. This effect is basically known as the lunar effect, where there is some correlation between moon cycles and human behavior. Besides human shape shifters such as Werewolf definitely affected by this supernatural phenomenon but no one knows especially Ash herself. Never had she known something is going to happen to her. Her body is changing; she begins to feel abnormally hot, her body is aching from head to toe. Her body muscle and bones are aching and stretching. Her hearing sense is at its highest peak where she can hear people talking out loud like someone is just sitting next to her.
Her yellow eyes shoot open wide to see who is talking beside her but found no one as she is just the only one in the monitoring room. Her wound is starting to sting and hurt a lot especially the wound on her head and chest. She starts to scream and detaching bag and tubes attached onto her body by throwing them on to the floor. Bloods flowing out from those tube holes but she doesn't care as the pain she is having now is far more that those from the tear wound from those tubes. Nurses rushed into the room and tried to hold onto her. She shoved everyone whom came towards her away then she ran out of the room, went through the back door towards the staircase up the rooftop of the hospital. She scream out loud and cried because she can't bear the pain on her body anymore and wanted to jump off the building but before she able to do that, a male nurse managed to shoot her with a tranquilizer which makes her fell off the ground. She was then carried back to her room and was handcuffed onto the bed railing to avoid her going raging again.
**8 hours later**
Ash is awake and when she wants to use her hands, she noticed that both her hands were handcuffed on the bed railing. She shouted for the nurse and a nurse walked in. She asked why she was cuffed on the bed railing. The nurse explained and told her what happened to her early this morning. She didn't believe at first and she requested to talk with the Head Nurse or the Doctor in charge. The Head nurse walked in holding a tablet on hand. She then showed Ash the CCTV recording about this morning incident. Her eyes bulged and were shocked to see what happened to her and can't believe she will act in such way because everyone knows that she is the calmest person in the station and among her friends. She then apologized to the nurses whom were injured during the commotion. She feels disappointed, frustrated and bad on what she did then requested to be alone and do not wish to see any visitor for the coming days. The nurse nodded and went back to their working station.
Vivian and Jamie got to know about Ash being hospitalized due to some task she was handling and plans to visit her today after their shift is over around 5pm. Christina, Abby, Sophia and Mark also plans to visit Ash today at the same time and same goes to Jonathan. All of them; the close friends, the partner and the celebrity members reached the hospital and was on their way to Ash's ward room. When they reached, Vivian talked to a nurse at the receptionist counter that she wishes to visit Ash Bishop but was informed that the patient is not stable and not allow for visitation for the coming days. Then Christina walked over the counter as well and also informed the nurse that she wishes to visit Ash Bishop as well. "Are all of you here to visit Ms. Bishop?" all of them nodded. "Well sorry to informed that she is not stable and no visitation is allow for the coming days until her Doctor clear her" the nurse informed all of them. "Why? What happened to Ash? Why visitation is not allowed? We are her close friend... possible that I talk to her doctor?" Jamie asked. "Yes what actually happened to her? Why is she not stable?" Christina asked. "Well, sorry miss that I am not allow disclosing any further information about this. If you wish to talk to her doctor, you may look for Dr. Avery and now please excuse me as we have other things to handle" the nurse said.
"We should go and look for Dr. Avery" Christina said and walked towards another counter and asked the nurse to page for Dr. Avery. Vivian and Jamie walked over to where Christina was. "Hi! You are Christina Wolfe right?" Vivian asked. "Yes I am and you guys are?" Christina asked. "We are Ash's best friend and she told us a lot about you" Jamie said while smirking at Christina. "Oh, Okay. I didn't know Ash has 2 pretty ladies as best friend" Christina said with a faked smile. "Well, there are many things that you guys won't know much about Ash but I am sure when you get to know her and even get closed to her, she will tells you everything you want" Jamie mocked while smiling at Christina. After 10 minutes, the nurse informed Christina that Dr. Avery is not free today. They can make appointment to see him tomorrow at 3pm. As Christina has to attend a photo shoot at Burberry tomorrow, she can't meet up with Dr. Avery. So Vivian, Jamie and Jonathan will be meeting up with Dr. Avery tomorrow. "Nice meeting you guys" Christina gestured her hand for a handshake to Vivian and Jamie. "Nice meeting you as well" Vivian and Jamie said in unison. All of them went home later on.
Vivian POV
Vivian:"Well, do you think that girl is whom Ash has been telling us that she had a crushed on her?" I asked Jamie while I was driving us back home.
Jamie:"Definitely and base on her attitude, she really is someone hard to get but it seems she also kind or care about Ash's situation" she replied while playing on her phone.
Vivian:"True. She looks kind of cocky and I bet it goes the same for all celebrity" I chuckled.
Jamie:"Is either that or the entertainment world made them to act like that. By the way, do you think Ash will be okay? Wonder why the nurse said she is unstable. We all know that she is the calmest person especially when we faced with so much tactical issues during our time in the academy" she said while thinking.
Vivian:"Anyway, we will be able to know the answer tomorrow after meeting up with Dr. Avery. As for now, we should probably go inside, take shower then go to bed early as don't forget we have morning drill tomorrow" I said while walking out from the car and locking it then walked into the house me an Jamie shares.
Christina POV
Is kind of disappointing and sad for not seeing Ash today as to say I am not worried about her is an understatement. The worst part is I got mocked by her 2 beautiful best friends. Yes they are gorgeous and if telling people that they are police woman, I don't think people will believes that. Ash is gorgeous and hot but she has the tomboy look in the way she dressed up. "Arghh! I screamed at myself. "Why must there be a photo shoot these few days if not I can meet up with Dr. Avery about Ash's conditions" I said looking at my phone checking on the news about the incident. I can't believe is Fedric this whole time. He seems a nice guy and has been a caring person. I remember once the bedside lamp almost fell off the table. He got his hand burnt because he tried to hold onto it to prevent it falling onto me. He also been there to help me out when Marcus trying to act funny with me; he trying to pull the towel I was in wrapping myself during a shower scene. He quickly grabbed the other end of the towel and stopped it from falling off from me. Well, as what Jonathan said, we can't really judge a person without knowing him/her properly. I think Ash isn't that arrogant at all if you get to know her and from the way she acted on this incident.
