Questions

After we went in the house mom fixed food, and we all sat down. After we ate mom said she had questions, but then so did I. I told her to go first.

" Okay now let me get them all out and you two can answer them when I'm done. Lucian why did you decide to tell Hannah the truth about everything? What do you gain from it? From the beginning you have said you are bound, do you intend to Marry my daughter? Will your father be coming to the wedding if you do marry her? What about the baby? What will it do to Hannah? And Hannah have you though about this child? Do you have any idea of what a demon child will do to you? What happens if you don't survive the birth? What happens to the child if it does survive? Where will you live? Do you intend to continue drawing or will you give up your future?"

I let Lucian answer first because even I wanted to know the answers to some of the questions.

"First of all I am not sure what the baby will do to Hannah, this is the first high level halfling I have ever heard of. We will have to watch her carefully from now on. I will have to tell my father tonight so he can help. As to you first question, I told her the complete truth because I felt it was the right thing to do. Just because I am a demon doesn't mean I can't do what's right. Besides I felt she needed to know the truth as to how she became mine to begin with. I mean Didn't you ever wonder about your father Hannah? I can only give you so many details but I give you what I can. And after what you did for me, by placing your complete trust in me not to hurt you I had to do something for you. As far as us getting married I leave that up to Hannah. The day she turns eighteen she is mine no matter what. And we will live wherever she wants to. I want to make her happy. I want her to know I love her. That I chose her, that I want her. That from the very beginning I have felt a connection to you that I could not fight even if I wanted to. I am yours always and forever."

"First of all mom I have had a month and a half to think about all of this, as far as I'm concerned I don't care if this child is a demon or not. I will love it no matter what. The doctor said everything is going normally so I take that as a good sign. I would love to meet your father, and I would really appreciate his thoughts and views about the baby. I refuse to give it up. I would like to get married at some point. As for where we live you said you already had a house her. Did you get the art studio as well? Mom relax I know you care, but you had a major hand in the direction my life went now you have to accept it just the way I did. I also felt the connection between us when I started dreaming about you. when we met on Halloween the physical attraction became very strong. I fought it as long as I could. But I have to admit I'm glad I gave in, I really enjoyed our time together. And yes I have wondered about my father, but mom never would say anything. So I am very glad you told me. I just wish you could have held off for a little bit longer. I already told you about my school plans. I told you I have had time to think and plan. Now do you have anymore questions mom?"

" No, no more questions. But I want to see your father as soon as I can Lucian, I have many questions for him. I won't say I'm not worried about you Hannah, because I am. I worry for your health, and the health of my grandchild. All I have to say to you right now Lucian is you had better take care of my daughter or I will kill you myself. And welcome to the family."

"You don't have to worry I will take care of your daughter. I love her and our child. But I should go now so I can update my father and to find out what happens next. I will call you later. If you have any issues or want to talk call me."

With that he waved good bye to mom, then turned to me and gave me a quick kiss and left.
