Indu found herself in a white room with a single wooden bed in the corner, adorned with white sheets. There was an LED screen and a black door. She asked the system about her current location.

[Host, you are in your private room. Your physical body in your original world has passed away, so you will be staying here from now on.]

Indu was genuinely shocked to hear the news of her death. She didn't even know the reason behind her demise in her original world. Now, she wouldn't be able to see her family members anymore.

Indu: "System, can you tell me the reason for my death?"

[You were designed to die from a snake's bite and not be rescued in time. However, due to the fulfillment of your wish, you were chosen as the owner of me, the last system. So, I brought your soul here.]

"Oh, so that's what happened."

Indu: "System, why do you refer to yourself as the last system?"

[I was the 900th system out of a total of 1000 systems designed by my owner. All the others were assigned to their hosts before me, making me the last one to find my host, which is you.]

Indu: "Then who is your owner?"

[You do not have the authority to access that information.]

"Curiosity killed the cat, I suppose I should just explore my surroundings."

She began to examine the room and noted that it was rather small, similar in size to the room where she had her study table in her original world. In this room, there was no refrigerator for storing food or a bathroom for bathing. She had no idea what lay behind the door.
