Chapter 7

The ground shook violently as Sachi's lightning magic rained down on the crystal monsters trapped within her magic circle. At the same time, the burly monsters struggled, begging to be released. But within seconds after the layer of sturdy protective crystal was removed from the monster's bodies, they all disintegrated and turned into countless pieces of dark red light. The shattering occurred in succession and made a thumping sound mingling with the sound of broken glass being heard along with the sound of the cold wind all around.

Sachi's eyes widened, her irises widened when she saw the figure of a large creature burst through from behind the fragments of light and the negative energy of the Dolls dispersed, the result of the destruction of the shield and mace monsters. The surroundings were dark due to being covered in pitch-black mist made Sachi gasp as a large figure that turned out to be a monster of crystal in the shape of a giant spider appeared in front of her.

"How could that monster have survived?"

The giant spider monster shot very fast, its long, spiky legs folded under its body as it hovered in the air. As if it didn't want to give Sachi a chance to escape, the monster opened its jagged mouth and spit out a thick black liquid and smelled.

The sound of melting ice sounded successively. Then, volleyball-sized holes popped up as soon as Sachi's ice shield was hit by a pitch-black liquid that had an unpleasant smell, it was an acidic liquid that the spider monster spewed out to destroy Sachi. But what happened after really made Sachi can't believe it.

The Ice shield formed by Sachi shattered into nothing. Meanwhile, the pitch-black liquid that fell to the ground and turned into a small spider. In the belly of the spider monster which was the same size as Sachi's body emitted a red flashing light accompanied by a deafening sound with every blink.

Sachi took a few steps back while noticing the suspicious red light. Could it be a ticking time bomb?

But Sachi losing quickly, before the ice shield was fully formed, the smelly black liquid instantly shattered the ice shield that Sachi was trying to make. The ice shield that she had formed in a state of urgency instantly shattered and turned into ice grains that scattered in the air.

Sachi crossed her ice-covered arms as the fastest response she could do to protect herself from the spider monster's black liquid shot.

Sachi landed in an unstable position, then spread her legs wide and strengthened her position so she wouldn't be thrown far away. The white robe he was wearing was hit by the black liquid from the spider monster and instantly melted. The black liquid penetrated into the skin of both her shoulders as well as his right knee. From the part of the body that was exposed to the acid, smoke and burns were visible.

"Shit! Hot!" Sachi pouted. "You can be ugly spider! You managed to hurt me even though it's just a lowly Dolls."

Her eyes stared intently into the spider monster's red eyes. Now both her hands were covered with ice particles, then with a quick movement Sachi formed several ice steps in the air. She planned to avoid the small spider which kept making unpleasant sounds.

The moment Sachi stepped on her feet on the icy steps and steadily rising up to five meters above the ground, the spiders that emerged from the black liquid that the giant spider monster expelled moved swiftly towards it, and jumped up and down as if to force its way up and detonate the time bomb it was carrying.

The red light on the monsters' belly flashed faster, as did the sound that sounded like a brainwashing rhythm as the monsters jostled to reach Sachi. Luckily, the ice steps that Sachi made fell apart as soon as she passed them. Otherwise, it might be monsters. it was already running and exploding at the same time.

Sachi drained a bit of strength and covered her legs with ice particles to strengthen the ice foot on which she stands. At the same time, the two hands that were previously covered in ice particles were now replaced with flashes of lightning.

The weakness of crystal monsters is lightning, Sachi must destroy the monsters immediately before the bomb in their stomach explodes or the problem will get bigger. The giant spider monster was indeed still silent after giving two surprise attacks. However, it's not impossible that the monster moves suddenly again.

She clenched her right fist which was already enveloped in a small flash of lightning, then pulled it back slightly. Her position looks like someone who wants to punch something. With a short scream, Sachi pulled her body back a little to concentrate strength on her right hand. Then, smashed that fist of lightning into the empty space beneath his footing.

The flash of lightning that enveloped her fist was thrown and shot rapidly towards the monsters that were still scrambling to chase after her. A second later, a strong boom sounded along with a flash of lightning that struck the monster of spider with a ticking time bomb. The explosion was getting stronger because at the same time Sachi's lightning struck the monsters, the bomb they were carrying exploded as well.

Sachi's ice footing was crushed. She bounced high into the air. She had not calculated that the resulting explosive power would be that large. Sachi smiled faintly as she stared at the ground. She still let her body float in the air. At least the small spider monster that had the bomb was destroyed. All that was left was a shard of dark red light amidst the black mist that grew denser.
