Carrigan
A few days after the dinner incident with Royce’s family, the three jackasses returned at the lunch rush’s end. Once again, I was working alone because, this time, Paul had called out. Kaitlyn was taking inventory in the back and had no idea who had come to greet me that day.
I swore that I developed an eye-twitch after the first time they visited.
It was confirmed when I heard them laughing as they entered the bar. I was in for another long shift.
It started easily enough. The creeps just wanted some beers and appetizers. I served them before going back to folding silverware or cleaning up different areas of the bar that still had a few stragglers finishing up.
