The new girl.

"good morning, is time for school" my mom said while I rolled over my bed like a log of wood. my father always drives us to school, but unfortunately he ain't available this time. I and my siblings took a cab to school and there was traffic jam. we got late to school. it was really an annoying experience.

I asked. her mood turned sad suddenly and she walked away swiftly. I felt bad but couldn't fathom what I did wrong. I returned home sad. what's wrong? my mom asked. no response from me, because I couldn't explain. All that ringed in my mind was the new girl.
