Abandonment.

it has been sad moment for me since she left . besides never wanted her to stay any longer, felt like I abandoned her. she couldn't stay in her family house, because she didn't have the guts to look the mother in face and tell her that she is pregnant. a good female friend of hers agreed to accommodate her for a while, so she can think of what next to do. I was selfish. I was stylishly trying to cut her off my life besides who's pregnant. she has the shame not me.

"stop calling me" I shouted while on phone conversation with her. I told you we need space that means no calls, don't you get it? I kept raging. "so, you are abandoning me?" she asked crying. just find a way and sort yourself, I added. was I really thinking straight? this is really astonishing, staying far when is time to face the result of what we started . I packed from school and went far, no one knew my whereabouts. because I know one day she will try visiting me in my hostel room and I Never wanted such day to come to pass.

"call your boyfriend for some cash at least" her friend advised not knowing how it turned out already. Crying and crying bitterly was her only option. Vee tried comforting her, but all efforts seemed abortive. "he blocked me from calling" Nonye said as she wept. she kept on raining curses on me as the pain was to much for her to bear. it was a hot afternoon. the two girls are headed to the hospital already. " good afternoon doctor" vee and Nonye greeted . " yes young ladies, how may I help you?" doctor replied. she narrated her sad story and what she intends doing. "Abortion of the foetus is illegal but I'll consider helping you" doctor said. but you will have to pay some amounts of money to get this successfully done, the doctor added. Nonye was ready for the abortion at same time not ready because of the money to be paid. they thanked the doctor and left the hospital premises.
