Chapter 4 - Blue Garden Highschool

"Welcome.. to Blue Garden Highschool!"

When the gates before me opened up, I was surprised to see how beautiful it was compared to where I am standing right now. The surface of this moon is very rough and ugly. All red and rocky, but what I see inside the campus was different.

When we entered, the path I was walking on was soil. Normal Soil. Around that path were all patches of grass, trees everywhere, not to mention, the biggest part of the school, the garden, and even next to it was a farm.

There's also some sort of training field.

"So is there a place where I can sleep in?"

I was curious because I only see 2 buildings. One is where I assume we're going to right now, and that small inn near the training field.

"Of course! The dorms are underground though, but It's fine, sun rays enter there so you can wake up knowing it's morning!"

"Uh... Okay. So what's the building we're heading?"

"It's the stairs to underground."

"Oh... What about that small inn? I thought that was the dorm."

"No no no, that's our classroom."

"What?"

"That's our classroom."

"Okay?.."

"Hm. Why don't we take a tour on what's underground. I'll be guiding you!"

"Yeah, let's do that!"

When we came down, there was a short hallway that split off to two directions. The left one is to the cafeteria, and the right one is to the dorms.

We go to the cafeteria first. It's actually a pretty big space, it the place is air conditioned and it has TV. It's pretty nice. Mr. Net said that there's a person that stands behind the counter that cooks, and serves the food. She's also the janitor. Her name was Endy... I think.

Net told me that right now, the budget's kind of low so the food that will be served is all fish.

Ugh...

Then we proceeded to the dorms. Apparently, it has a lot of empty rooms, and everybody gets one for themselves, and the best thing is that in the end of the dorm's hallway, there's a hot spring bath that's only available on weekends.

"Well, then, let's proceed to your room-"

*beep beep beep*

"Oh no, it's almost 10 am, I gotta prepare. Melt, here's your key, inside, there are clothes I prepared for you that I'm certain would fit your size. Then, I want you to eat the meal I prepared for you on the table, then at 1pm, I want you to go to the classroom. I'm pretty sure you know where it is right? If you need anything, press the button on the wall above your wardrobe, that way I can talk to you, okay? Well then, I'll be off. See ya later!"

Huh. He's actually panicking. That's kind of funny.

Alright then...

I insert the key and open the door. Inside was much much bigger than I had expected. It looked like a living room with a random ass bed sticking on the wall. On the other side was my table, and on top of it is cooked fish. It was wrapped in cellophane so it wouldn't get cold.

I sat on the bed, a little bit tired, and surprised. Despite the gorgeous room and food, I was spacing out, having a hard time believing everything that's been happening to me.

"Everything's so sudden."

I whispered to myself.

Then I proceeded to eat.

After that, I decided to explore my room. It had everything a normal house needed, like a sink, a bathroom, a washing machine, a stove, pans, plates, utensils, etc.

All was missing was a TV.

"Ugh.. I stink. I should get a shower first."

I was about to go and wear the clothes Net told me to wear but then I smelled my jacket as I undressed myself. I need to be proper to not embarrass myself in front of others.

I had a cold shower on the bathroom and proceeded. After that, I wore the clothes as instructed, and I had to remove some stolen stuff that's in my bag so that it has more space.

"Oh speaking of stolen stuff, my comb's here somewhere."

Again, this looks like a top tier school so I needed to look proper so I combed my hair and my tail to make it look smooth and fluffy.

"All set!"

As soon as I opened the door, a student happened to walk by right in front of me. He was holding a box of metal scraps and junk, he's wearing a yellow hoodie and has ears and a tail like me. We stared at each other for a good second until he got on guard, dropped the box, and pulled off from his pocket which seems to be a round, black, and big object.

*Beep*

"Everyone, take caution, there's a thief that entered the dormitory section!"

He alerts his friend through the radio.

He seems to have misunderstood the situation and apparently, Net didn't announce there's a new transfer student in the building.

"Uhh Hey!!! I'm Melt. UHHHH I'M NOT A THIEF, I'M A STUDENT!! I WAS TAKEN IN BY NET!!

*tick* he presses something on the object.

"Uhhh huh, not a thief but you have that blue jacket on the bed behind you. It was supposed to be an ordered product by a person here. "

"No no no no no no that's mine!"

"Star!!"

A boy in a blue jacket came running from the hallway. He had blue headphones and very large looking pants.

"Star! Are you okay? Is that the thief?"

"Yeah, Quaza, stay back, we still don't know how dangerous this guy is."

" Uhhh OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD"

I can't help but panic in this situation.

"Right here in my hand is a grenade. Move one bit and we'll blow you to pieces."

Why is this happening so suddenly, I'm panicking so much and I don't wanna get hurt I wanna run away so I followed my gut and did the most stupid thing I could possibly think off.

I kicked the hand grenade off his hand and it flew high up in the air.

"WAIT- IF IT'S GONNA TOUCH THE GROUND IT'LL-"

I panicked so much I ran away as fast as possible. As the bomb touched the ground, smoke bursted out of it and covered a wide range of the area they were in. It looked like more a smoke grenade than an actual grenade. Luckily, I'm fast and I'm on my way outside.

"HAAH! HAAH! I CAN ESCAPE I CAN ESCAPE I CAN-"

I was almost there, I could've gotten outside. But then, a huge, strong gust of wind entered the building, and pushed me back down the stairs. It was so strong it would've carried me away.

I dropped on the floor, a bit dizzy. When I looked up on the entrance, a girl with scrawny brown hair with long horns came standing, looking down on me.

She was... Scary.

"RAKU! DON'T LET HIM ESCAPE!"

The other two caught up from behind me.

I'm surrounded. I don't know how to convince them that I'm a new student here. That guy in the yellow hoodie has bombs in his pocket, and that girl looks hella strong with those muscles.

I think I'm gonna die.
