Beta Eddy still sat in the shrine confused, still expecting the diviner to come back again. But Kara already got up. She carried the box from the table and was on her way home.
"Let's go, she's never going to come out again."
She whispered to Beta Eddy and her friends.
"Then she should say something meaningful to us."
Beta Eddy replied. He was still confused and hadn't understood what was happening.
"Let's go guys, I'll explain better when we leave here."
Kara whispered to them again.
This time, she focused her gaze on her other friends because they were more cooperative than Eddy. She left the shrine immediately with the box. She quickly wore back her shoes and was on her way home.
Shortly, the two men caught up with her.
"Wait for us."
They shouted. They stopped abruptly, and were trying to catch up with their breath. It was obvious they had run to catch up with her.
