C004: Astral Freedom [03]

When I Googled this phenomenon, I discovered that most people dubbed it "Astral Projection."

The soul or 'astral body' intentionally leaving the physical body while asleep or meditating and travelling to wherever it likes. This is what Astral Projection is.

Me: If I am able to wherever I like, isn't it good?

I grew overjoyed at the prospect of having such a superpower. If I use it correctly, I can even spy on people.

Me: But, how did I do that?

I tried to sleep again after resting my body on the bed, but my body was totally active right now.

Me: I guess I'll have to wait till I feel tired again.

Mom: NAITO! THE FOOD'S READY!

Me: COMING!

I pushed open the door and went downstairs to the kitchen.

Me: MEAT!!!

I shouted before entering the kitchen.

Mom: How did you know that there was chicken today?

The chicken was served on the table with an unusual aroma emanating from it. I enjoy eating chicken.

Me: I just knew.

I don't mind if Mom was aware of my astral projection. I mean, she's not going to try to assassinate me or hand me over to the government for experiments, right?

But she'll have to learn about my abilities on her own. Even if she's family, I'm not going to tell her about it like that.
