Swim Meet

Claire spent a lot of time inside that winter and spring because she didn't want to expose Emma to the cold or all the germs going around during cold/flu season. She was itching to get back outside and looked forward to when she would be able to go on runs pushing a jogging stroller.  She wasn't supposed to do that until Emma was six months old though.

She began hitting certain milestones such as rolling over, smiling, giggling, and so on and a lot of them happened while her mother was at work. Which was terrible. Seeing a video of it afterward wasn't the same as seeing it happen in person.

At least Claire wasn't the only one missing out. Ethan was at school during most of the same hours so he had to settle for the videos Alex took as well. That didn't make her feel much better though.
