Chapter 3

Someone is on top of him. It turns out the little bunny is not just a cuddler but a chokehold expert.

Taehyung doesn't like skinship but he couldn't push Jungkook away moreover he badly want to hug him back. He didn't hesitate, he cuddled Jungkook and went back to sleep.

Jungkook stirred awake the next day, a bit later than usual. To his surprise, Tae had already departed, leaving behind a note that read,

"I have a mission, so be cautious. Avoid answering the door. Cash is in the drawer, and the fridge is stocked. If cooking isn't your forte, order food with the money. There's a tablet in the living room. Warning: No contact with anyone. Absolutely no calls."

Three days passed with Taehyung's absence, during which Jungkook took charge of depleting the refrigerator's supplies, both by cooking and ordering food. Embracing the temporary solitude, Jungkook immersed himself in a Netflix marathon, creating a blend of culinary exploration and entertainment to fill the void left by Taehyung's departure.

On the third day, Jungkook lounged on the bed, savoring his final slice of pizza when the sound of a door opening caught his attention. Assuming it was Taehyung, he eagerly headed towards the entrance, only to find an unfamiliar figure instead of Tae.

Jungkook found himself in a state of confusion, but it was evident that the other person, encountering him unexpectedly, was equally shocked by the unexpected encounter.

?? : Tae, yo, Taehyung!

Jungkook : Sorry, owner is not at home.

?? : You rogue, kneel down right now.

Jungkook : Kneel? I have bad knees, and this pizza deserves to be on a pedestal.

?? : You food thief, kneel!

Jungkook : Why should I?

?? : You're not supposed to question me. Came for the food, huh?

The person started to chase Jungkook.

Jungkook : No No I am not a theif.

Jungkook, pizza in hand, gracefully sprints, creating a trail of scattered snacks.

Jungkook : Not a thief, promise. Tae brought me here three days ago.

The guy pauses, puzzled.

?? : Where's Taehyung?

Jungkook: "He went on a mission the next day, still didn't come back."

??: "Who are you actually?"

Jungkook: "I... I am Jungkook."

??: "Okay, but what are you doing at Tae's home when he is away?"

Jungkook: "I... I..."

?? : "WHAT THE F**K HAPPENED TO MY HOUSE?!"

Both Jungkook and the guy startle, Jungkook instinctively hides behind the other guy.

Taehyung : Spill it, both of you! And Jimin, why are you here?

Jungkook (whispering): "You take this one. I'm not dealing with him."

Jimin : Visiting my bestie. By the way who's this pizza ninja?

Taehyung: "No time for interrogations, Jimin. I'm exhausted." Begins heading to his room, then halts abruptly, redirecting his attention to Jimin and Jungkook, who are engaged in a stare-down.

Taehyung: (feigns a cough) "Both of you... My place better be spick and span by the time I'm out of the shower. I don't care who caused the chaos, but I want my house cleaned."

Exits the scene, leaving Jimin and Jungkook with the task of tidying up.

Underneath his directive, there's a subtle hint of jealousy as Taehyung notices the lingering glances exchanged between Jimin and Jungkook.

Meanwhile, as Tae enjoyed a leisurely shower, Jungkook and Jimin efficiently cleaned up the mess. Exhausted, Jimin flopped onto the sofa with a thud, casting a weary glance in Jungkook's direction.

Jimin: "Woah... I regret making him my friend." In a playful tone "Hey Jungle Book, could you make some coffee for me, please?"

Jungkook : Of course Mini Mini, sure

Jimin: "My name is Jimin, not Mini."

Jungkook: "My name is Jungkook, not Jungle Book. (Mini-mini suits you more than your real name) . I'll make you coffee."

Meanwhile, Tae emerged from his room clad in bottoms and a T-shirt, only to be stunned by the scene before him...
