The Gobakji chases after Arthur and the other, although its armor is already broken from its clash with Lieutenant Jeffrey and an intestine is hanging from a huge wound on its stomach, it still retains its ferocity.

Its eyes were full of frenzy, even the orcs cannot escape it's fury. In its mind it has been looked down upon by the same human it viewed no more than an ant. After being beaten without being able to retaliate, its pride had been hurt. For a warrior like it, being humiliated is much worse than death.

Seeing the Gobakji charge through the C4 recklessly, Arthur smiles.

[Sarah now, fire!]

"Swoosh" A flaming arrow flew through the sky like a shooting star, hitting the C4.

"Boom!Boom!Boom!Boom!" The C4 detonated in a series of explosions, bringing the orc advance to a halt.

Arthur brase himself from the wind while thinking to himself 'Is that it?'

He was disappointed, he expected for it to be more but it seems that his mana argumentation didn't work. The C4 although powerful still remains the same.

Arthur wondered. 'When did it go wrong? Did I mess something up?'

He clearly did every step right according to the skill slash, it should have work but unbeknownst to him however, the moment the C4 left his hand the mana that he put through it slowly decapitated and before Sarah shot the flaming arrow there's no more of his mana in the C4.

"Sh*t, where blasting off again!" Sergeant Jessie and his squad scream as they get swept by the blast.

Arthur can't help but look at them as they pass by. 'Nice shortcut' he chuckled.

Looking at the smoke created by the explosion, Arthur suddenly had a feeling that he could do it; he could kill the Gobakji.

His instinct is rarely wrong so he always chooses to trust it .

Seeing Arthur halting his step, Emmanuel also stops [What are you doing?] He asked.

[Just go on, I'm right behind you] Arthur said, urging him to continue running.

But Emmanuel didn't listen and ready himself to face the Gobakji.

[You're the one who told me not to be a hero and now your being one, your being a hypocrite you know that?] He said with a smile.

He was actually kind of happy that they were going to face the Gobakji. If he would tell the truth, he felt disgusted running earlier, he doesn't like the feeling of sacrificing someone to save his own skin. He knows that Arthur only made the most logical choice so he didn't voice his opinion but if he would be asked, he would rather fight.

Seeing this, Arthur didn't stop him.

He takes a deep breath and focuses his mana on his legs, he knew that he would only have one shot at this.

The place is quiet, except for the sound of battle happening in the wall, there is only silence, although the explosion wasn't powerful enough to kill the Gobakji, it was enough to kill the normal orcs in its vicinity. This gives Arthur and others a much needed breathing space.

"Roar!!!" The Gobakji roared in anger as it jumped through the smoke, it was extremely pissed, bouncing all around the place.

"There you are!" Arthur said with a smirk

With a gust of wind, he banished and arrived in front of the Gobakji.

He knew that the Gobakji would need time to regain it's vision after getting out the smoke and in that time it would be extremely vulnerable.

"Good bye" Putting half of his mana into his blade, He swung his arm with all his strength.

By the time the Gobakji noticed Arthur, it was already too late, a shining crescent moon made of mana had already passed through its body.

It never expected the other party to take the initiative after running like a scared rat most of the time, a shock expression can be seen pasted on its face as it dies.

Seeing all of this, Arthur smiled and gave the shocked Vanya a wink "Let's run!"

He then tapped Emmanuel and Lucy's shoulder, the two are frozen in shock unable to believe what they saw.

At this moment Sarah's voice rings on Arthur's head.

[Is that it? Your plan is shit] She said with a mocking voice.

The smoke from the explosion is yet to be cleared so Sarah hasn't had an idea of everything that happened.

Arthur, who is extremely happy with what he accomplished decided to tease her [Sorry, KABOOOOOM! ] he said, imitating an explosion sound [Happy now?]

[Very f-] Sarah was about to roll her eyes, when she saw all the corpses lying on the ground with their body cut in half including the Gobakji.

She was so shocked that she dropped one of her arrows.

Arthur, imagining what of expression she has started laughing [Hahahaha]

He then turns to look at Lucy and Emmanuel who seem to be on a daze.

[Can you close your mouth already, let's hurry up, we need to catch up to Lieutenant Jeffrey].

Emmanuel snapped out of it and asked [If you can do something like that, why didn't you just do it in the beginning?].

Instead of answering Arthur asked a question. [Why are you stupid?]

[Why are you such an assh*le?] Emmanuel veins bulge.

[hahaha, Alright no need to be angry. I just got lucky, if the Gobakji didn't get careless the situation would be a lot different, plus I just use a lot of my mana on that attack and I would need time to recover. For now you have to fight more and should stop relying on me so much.] Arthur explained

Hearing Arthur, Emmanuel had a deep look on his face [So you're just acting cool]

'Is that your take away to everything I just said?' Arthur face suddenly went blank.

He was about to punch Emmanuel to teach him a lesson when suddenly all the fiber on his body told him to run away.

[Why did we stop?] Vanya asked, scared after seeing the change in Arthur's expression.

Arthur didn't reply and immediately contacted Lucy.

At this moment Emmanuel feels it too and his leg stops moving.
