Genesis

The room was dim, and my mind was clouded.

This was the moment I realized the reality of my life, and the purpose of it.. which would soon come to a close.

In the moment all I could see was the grimy ceiling, and all I could smell was the heavy.. musky air.

I was wasted, in my vessel.

I wasted too much time.

My eyes closed, hoping this is make believe.

I'd hate to waste it.

But at least it was in this town, a town so familiar yet so far; Ironic isn't it?

The puddle grows larger, but this time I'm at peace. Now I only have one thing on my mind.

'At least they are okay.'

I felt my life straying farther and farther. I am astray from my mind and body.. I know that to be true.

'But how..?'

'Wait.. huh?'
