Meeting

Max teleported the capital of the Valeria named Valler. After that he teleported from there to the closest city to the Ruth empire capital and then flew in top speed towards Ruthilia. It now took Max only three days to arrive to the capital of the Ruth empire. He was impressed by his speed. He took all the materials needed to make a teleportation formation that he would connect to Alexandria so he will not need to fly over all the time. In this way they could teleport around if needed. Max would do this teleportation formation in a way that he could teleport to Ruthilia freely and if someone from the Ruth empire will want to come over they would need to get an approval to teleport before coming over. Max did not try to be humble and just flew over to the palace. He checked for the location of the empress. He did not talk with her much in the last 20 years. He knew that her name was Elizabeth and that she recently got to the second mage level. It was not that bad. When Max arrived he caused a big commotion because all the palace guards decided that there was a security breech and that invaders had come over to attack the empress. Elizabeth herself was dumbfounded when Max just landed from above while waving his hand at her. Soon she relaxed when she understood that she was not at danger and signalled the guards that everything was fine, and they could return to their posts. Also, she greeted Max and gestured him to follow her to the hall that negotiations were commonly made in. There were signal to the top figures of the empire to assemble. Before they got into the hall Max told Elizabeth about the teleportation formation that he wanted to establish and that he wanted to come over with some of his people to this meeting as well after he will finish with the teleportation formation. Elizabeth nodded her head without hesitation and told Max the location she thought would be appropriate to dedicate for the teleportation gate. Max did not take much time to put on the formations. He had huge magic power so he could make the formation in a relatively easy way and a short time. It took Max only a few hours to finish. When he finished he teleported to Alexandria, took Valeria, Redon, Nina, Marco and Alisher and then teleported back to the hall of the royal palace of the Ruth empire. After the empress saw that Max was ready she called all the top people of her empire over for a meeting. There was no time to waste. Every hour she was waiting more and more people were dying on her side and she was losing more and more land. Her situation was dire. Elizabeth introduced all of her different advisors. Max did not give a shit about that, but he patiently waited. When she finished, he introduced his people: "As for my delegation. This is Valeria, she is my wife and the ruler of the Valeria country. She is a grand knight. This is the head of my army. His name is Alisher and he is also a grand knight. Those three brats are my children and most likely the future rulers of the empire in some way. This is Redon. He is a level five fire mage and a level five knight. This is his little sister named Nina. She is a third level earth mage and a level five knight. As for this last brat. His name is Marco and he is a level one knight and a level five lightning mage."

The different ministers and the empress were not that impressed with Valeria and the army head, but when they heard about the power level of the kids the empress Elizabeth could not hold back and asked: "How old are your children?"

Max answered: "Redon is the oldest. He is 21 years old and the two others are 20 years old. Redon and Nina are Valeria's children."

All the side of the Ruth empire delegation were dumbfounded. The empress was already around 80 years old. She looked young because mage level figures lived for a few hundreds of years. According to their level they could live up to 1000 years. A level five mage as a 21 year old child was something that was hard for the empress to understand. Those kids were most likely stronger than her in a one on one fight. It was scary to even think about it. She galped and praised the kids. After that she started to explain to Max what was the reason she asked for this meeting.

Elizabeth started her story about what happened around a year ago: "Emperor Max, I invited you here for a very serious reason. Around a year ago the two empires that have borders with the Ruth empire started a war with us with no real reason. I have two empires that have borders with the Ruth empire if I don't count the Yin Yang empire. Those are the Zeus and Hecktor empires. The Zeus empire is a level two empire and the Hecktor empire is a level one empire. At first I tried to contact them and ask for the reason for the war, but after a short time I got information that the demons are helping those two empires to wage a war against my empire and weaken me. As for why they are doing this. It is for very big benefits they got from the demons. I got information recently that many of the lower-level empires are at war with each other. I know that different empires are supported by the elves and dwarves as well."

Max was confused: "Demons? Elves? Dwarves? Do they even exist?"

The empress made a bitter smile and said: "Yeah they exist. Those nations live in different continents. The humans live in the central continent with the biggest resources after their win over the other races in a big war that happened around 500 years ago. After that war the big human empire got separated into smaller empires when they felt that there was no more danger looming over the human race. As for the other races. The normal demon lifespan was for around 300 years, and they had no talent for magic. They have very strong bodies from birth. They are born with the power level of a knight apprentice. Their royal family do have a talent for the fire element. The elves are a race of people that have high affinity to magic and a long lifespan of around 600 years. They have the biggest amount of high mages. The dwarves are a race that have higher chance then humans to have affinity to magic or the affinity to the knight path and live around 150 to 200 years on average. The main strength that humans have over all those races is our population. Thats how the humans won the war 500 years ago. Now I got information that the smaller empires are waging war against each other like crazy with the support of different races from behind the scenes. I cannot fight over two fronts with those two empires and with the demons that pop here and there. That's why I ask you to join my empire as part of your empire and help me to protect the Ruth empire. Those people will not stop after I will fall."

There was a long silence in the room. Max was thinking about different possibilities and got to the same conclusion. He had to help her. He could use her people and keep a good buffer zone for his main empire. He wanted to give the main resources for the Yin Yang and the Valeria countries and use the resources of the Ruth empire to make the core of his empire stronger. 

After a little more deliberation, he agreed and said: "Fair enough. You will become a part of my empire, while ruling over the Ruth empire countries for now. You will report directly to me. As for reinforcements. We will come back to Alexandria and send troops over here. Redon, Nina and Marco you need to make a team of grand knights and go over as a team to fight. I will make all my heirs come here and fight with their teams. Also, I will make a contribution system that will let people to get potions, pills, formations, armors ,weapons and many other things by the amount of people they will kill and their power levels. It will be given only to the people of the Valeria and Yin Yang countries. It will not be a problem to make small metal blocks that will count the contribution points using a formation."

It was time for war.
