Luna makes Samuel steal 2

The Marquisate somehow almost went upside down because they didn't get any reports of me going back. 

I apologized, of course, I told them a sudden urge of me getting tired and I couldn't hold back I went immediately to my room. 

Of course, I hid some details, and since they know how good I am at hiding my presence they believed it. Well with a few stinging glares from Penelope. 

After all that fiasco I went back and teleported to the dungeon Luna told me since I've already been there so it wasn't a hassle teleporting there directly. 

I rested for a bit, and I, of course, brought the necessary items. Such as Mana potions, Health Potions, food, a few torches, and lamps. 

After checking the spatial bag I have I then proceeded to walk inside the dungeon. 

At first, it was a damp, moist wide hall. With a few drops of water dripping from the ceiling. 

But after a few more steps with my sword out, an A-rank basilisk came out from the shadows. 

"Luna, start explaining," I said with the most 'im so done' voice. 

{I don't know either! This is the first time I've seen that basilisk! There were no bosses when the party of the heroine came in here!}

"Okay, okay… "

[Samuel duck!]

With no hesitation I ducked, that's when I saw it, a poison dart just went past me. A basilisk is a serpent king. It's something that could kill me with its gaze. 

—Hiss!!

It opened its mouth and greenish spikes started to form inside its mouth. 

"Oof…"

Markus continued to give me instructions on how to move, when I dodged to the left a blurry green figure went flying by where I previously was, something I wouldn't be able to dodge without Markus's instructions. 

I lowered my head and rolled as instructed, not focusing too much on the first shot that missed me. 

—Hiss!!

This made the Basilisk angry as it hissed once more. But I didn't give it a chance. With the swordsmanship, I learned I immediately put it to use. 

'Swift dash'

I immediately appeared in front of the basilisk leaving an afterimage of where I was previously standing. 

'I couldn't make my aura appear just yet…'

"I sacrifice half of my mana, make my blade sharp enough, and give me strength!"

The sword suddenly felt like it was filled with magic, something like enchanted items would hold. 

Then, a sudden surge of energy overflowed within me, it was giving my arms strength. With this power, I raised my sword. 

And like a cleaver I cleaved the scales of the basilisk, it went through like I was cutting meat. The basilisk's bones gave subtle resistance, but it was futile. 

I already gave it a large, deep wound. And it was profusely bleeding.  

—Hiss!

[Brace yourself]

My guard immediately went up and it was a wise decision, as I was sent flying away, I tumbled a bit before sliding and balancing myself, thankfully I didn't hit any wall. 

My left forearm is broken and my right arm is numb, as the basilisk used its tail to smack me away. 

The cut I had made was quite deep and big as it was bleeding endlessly. The Basilisk is losing a lot of blood, and that was enough. 

I ran away after confirming that it was continuously losing blood. I'm going to play the long game. With my remaining arm, I drank potions to recover my health and stamina. 

I waited at the entrance for a bit, and after confirming an hour had passed I went back inside. I saw a basilisk corpse lying on a trail of blood. I probably hit a major artery. 

The trail is long too. 

"Well this is a good decision"

Half of my mana was gone and it was worth it. 

{Alright, go find the treasure!}

"hahaha, Explain."

The treasure Luna is making me take is a Legendary item that was supposed to land in the Heroine's hands. 

"Are you fucking kidding me?"

Without the inheritance, sacrificial magic, and Markus's I would be dead, I just sighed and continued. 

I walked towards the end of the wide hall and was met with a chest, I walked behind it and stabbed it. Wasn't a mimic so I opened it on the front. 

What lies inside is a scroll. 

"I ain't going nowhere near something like this again Luna"

She pouted, well reflected from this Luna this shit isn't something I should be handling in the first place I just turned 10. 

I don't plan on leaving anytime soon, I have a girl to take care of and a sibling to find. 

I sighed. I took the scroll and opened it, after opening it the scroll turned into particles of light and went to me.

I was quite satisfied learning why my aura was sealed. But I still don't understand why I could access it back then. But it doesn't matter, what matters now is that I could use them again if I raise those stats. 

The scroll was more useful than I thought, I wish Luna could say more before throwing me in a tiger's den. 

I sighed. Since this is quite useful I headed home. I couldn't argue with Luna. This won't affect the future anyway, right? Right???
