Ji Changchen looked at Qin Feng and Qing Hongyi and said. "You two wait a moment. I have to talk to this young man."

"Your name is Li Gang, right?"

Suddenly a light flashed within Ji Changchen and it started healing his whole body. In no time, all poison was eliminated. 

But what he least expected was, a sword pierced his body. 

Even his protector was caught off guard. He looked at Li Gang and shouted. "You have a death wish!"

The protector's name is Liang Shuiyun and he is a Rank 7 peak stage Warrior. With his reaction speed, he could have easily stopped Li Gang, but he let down his guard, thinking Li Gang was just a Rank 3 early stage Warrior! He was aware Ji Changchen's battle prowess far surpassed what his actual Cultivation represented. Thus, he let down his guard completely. He even got instruction not to interfere in Ji Changchen's situation unless a very strong warrior attacks.

In fact, he had noticed earlier the arrow grazing through the shoulder of Ji Changchen, but he is not an Alchemist or poison expert. He has no knowledge about it. A small wound like that is often ignored by Warriors, because of their high recovery speed.

Li Gang grabbed Ji Changchen by his hair and forced him to kneel. He then looked at his protector and smiled.

Liang Shuiyun looked at Li Gang and asked in a deep voice. "What do you want?" He released his full killing intent.

Liang Shuiyun was caught off guard at his sudden action. His eyes immediately filled with killing intent, and used all his power to punch Li Gang, only to hit air in the front. 

Li Gang has disappeared, but he lost control over his power and further injured Ji Changchen. 

Liang Shuiyun immediately came to Ji Changchen. "Young master"
