Kira knew he was trying to intimidate her so she also maintained the eye contact.

Arlo felt really jealous, his subordinate was staring into the eyes of his soon to be girlfriend.

Arlo cleared his throat and stared at Felix. He understood so he broke the eye contact and brought out the contract.

Felix handed the papers over to Kira and said "You will have to sign here and here" pointing to where her signature was needed.

The rules and regulations will be announced tomorrow and training will also begin tomorrow, be prepared" Felix said as he watched her sign the papers.

Felix collected the papers when Kira was done and got down from the car.

Arlo used the opportunity to talk to her for a few minutes.

Are you sure you are up for the task?" Arlo didn't know how to start a conversation. He was always a nerd from his childhood, he rarely talks to anyone so he didn't know what to say.

Obviously" Kira glared.

Arlo wanted to be sure if she would really not be intimidated if he made eye contact. No one could look him in the eye for a long time, he had this coldness in his eyes which makes everywhere intense.

Kira also stared back, it was also her specialty.

She had beautiful shiny, usually black eyes. Her eyelashes, long and black, were heaven's whips for the soul.

Felix came in but met them looking into each other's eyes.

"Is staring competition going to be part of the training?" Kira asked still making eye contact.

Arlo broke it and looked at Felix, he didn't know what to say but he couldn't just keep quiet.

It's a test that every new recruits has to pass and I think you have done well" Arlo didn't lie neither did he say the truth.

That should be all for today right??" Kira stood up and opened the door of her car before going out.

Don't come late tomorrow, latenesses is not tolerated" Felix voiced out.

Ohh I should just stand in front of my house and I will appear at the agency?" Kira smiled sarcastically.

I will text the add..." Felix said in embarrassment.

Arlo cut Felix off saying "A driver will be sent to pick you up by 6am"

Kira nodded then went back into the mansion.

....Rina and I have somewhere to go" Arlo and Rina entered the car and drove off.

Rina stared blankly at Arlo as he drove with speed.

Ask if you have any questions" Arlo hit the brakes when he saw the red light.

Where are we going?"

To Mr Kim's house" Arlo answered with an nonchalant attitude.

What!! Why? Is he in town?" Rina asked

Arlo ignored Rina and continued with his driving.

After about fifteen minutes, the car stopped and they both got down.

As usual, they pressed the doorbell and it rang before the door opened.

Chairman Kim walked hurriedly to meet Arlo.

Good evening Mr Smith, it's such an honour to see you here in my abode".

Arlo scrutinized the whole sitting room, it had a white and black decoration.

I'm here to see you for something important" Arlo sat on the three-sitter couch.

What's so important that you had to come all the way here?"

It's about Kira, your granddaughter" Rina spoke.

Chairman Kim became worried and it was written all over his face.

Do you also think that she's a troublemaker that causes problems" Arlo raised his voice slightly.

He didn't like the fact they all believe that she has done something wrong whenever someone wants to talk about her.

I guess you've met her parents, they are always like that to her. Kira is not a troublemaker instead she's just mean" Chairman Kim smiled.

Arlo didn't know how to begin, should he confess his feelings to her grandfather?

He likes Kira but doesn't want her to know his true identity because of the experiences she's had with billionaires" Rina voiced first

Kira actually hates all billionaires except herself and I, so it's partially a good idea" Chairman Kim sat relaxedly.

Chairman Kim wasn't afraid of Arlo, he only respected him because he had the brains but for the almighty Arlo Smith to come down to ask for advice was truly a surprise.

Arlo thought for a while before speaking "Why did you use the word "partially".

Because Kira is very smart and finds everything really suspicious. And if she eventually falls in love with you, she won't mind hurting herself to leave you".

When that time comes, we will find solution to it"Arlo muttered.

Chairman Kim accompanied them both to the entrance before going back to his wife.
