"You won't gain any special powers but it will make you physically stronger. Not supernaturally strong, but stronger," I said.
"What if you turned me into a vampire?" She said.
"If I turned you into a vampire then yes you would get powers," I said.
"Ok, let's do it. I want to be a part of this team, and if I'm going to be a part of it, I need to pull my own weight," she said.
"I really don't require you to do that, but if it's what you want, I will grant it," I said.
"It is what I want," she said.
"Ok, come here and give me your neck," I said.
Mel came over to me and presented her neck to me. "Biting my neck before you even kiss me? At least, since I came back. Don't you think you're kissing a step?"
"I may be, but I don't always follow the rules," I said. I bit into her neck and began sucking her blood.
