Chapter 2

When I woke up Luke was sitting in a chair beside the bed reading a book that's when he looked up to see me staring at him "Well good morning Ari" Luke said as he placed his book on the nightstand "Oh hello" I said as I put on my shoes and stood, "Where are you going" Luke asked as he walked over to help me out of the bed, "I am going home" I said as I walked toward the door, "You do realize that your dad sold you to us" Luke said as he followed me out the door, "And you do realize that I have other family members besides my dad" I said as I walked down the stairs toward the front door "Your dad made sure that no one knew where you were" Luke said as he stood in front of the door blocking me from leaving "What" I said as I crossed my arms "Yes he told everyone that you ran away from home and that he couldn't find you anywhere" Luke said as he moved from infront of the door "Would you like some breakfast" Luke asked as he showed me toward the kitchen "Yes that would be nice" I said as I follow Luke to the kitchen "I can't beleive my dad would do something like that" I said as I sat at the bar in the kitchen "Well he had very bad financal issuse to handle and he didn't take it very well when we said that we wanted to buy you" Luke said as he walked behind the bar "What would you like" Luke asked as he showed me all the delightful choices, "Eggs and a smoothie will be fine" I said, "Coming right up" Luke said as he went to the fridge and grabbed the carton of eggs and a bottle of green smoothie, "Thank you" I said as I grabbed the smoothie and opened "You are very welcome" Luke said as he began cooking the eggs "Luke" I said as I swallowed the last bit of smoothie "Yes Ari" Luke said as he countined to cook the eggs "Do vampires eat food like humans" I asked as I tried not to sound rude, "Yes of course we do we just have to also drink blood to survive" Luke said as he grabbed a plate out the cabinet, "Where do you get your blood" I asked as I took another drink of my smoothie, "My brother and I have survived off of animal blood for now but we will soon need human blood to survive" Luke said now get uneasy "Luke is that why you and your brother bought me from my dad so you can drink my blood" I asked as I placed the smoothie bottle on the counter "Yes" Luke said handing me my eggs on a nice blue and white plate, thats when I froze not able to eat my food or move I went in complete shock to hear that I was going to get eaten by two vampire brothers the thought scared me and thats when I knew I had to leave this house for good no matter what family I didn'd have I would find my family and tell them the whole story interuppting my thoughts I seen Luke run around the bar and everything went black agian.
