Kassandra's POV
I was looking at the book again. After our tea session, we all went back to our rooms, and the other ladies were in the library.
I went back to our room to check if using my blood was needed for me to read the book again.
I tried to open it first, and it did. But early this morning, I asked Lady Lucille to open it, but she couldn't. Is it because I'm one of the gifted seven?
"Let's see… is there anything that we need to do? I wonder if the other four will help us. What if they don't want to be our allies?" I whispered.
The book starts to turn pages until it stops. There's a shape of a woman.
"Fire wielder… imprisoned in an island. They believe that she's the reason for the death of a hundred during summer when she's still living in the palace. Imprisoned at the age of eleven…? Huh? That's too brutal!" I exclaimed.
The book closes again. Did the book want me to save the princess?
