Having waited for Noah outside the door throughout the test, the giant guard felt surprised when the white door snapped open to spit Noah out fairly the same.

The whole thing had not lasted 10 minutes.

Before the armored giant could speak, Noah's voice rang out.

"In what way did you have the power to make sure I didn't spend too long?"

Rather startled by the question, the guard furrowed his brows on the inside but answered anyway.

"There's normally a waiting line," he stated simply.

"Hmm, I see."

"Yes, and there's currently about a hundred individuals on that line," the guard revealed.

It was time for Noah to feel surprised. But of course, none of it showed. He had his face mask back on too.

"Quite a lot," he commented. The guard nodded.

It didn't take long for the duo to exit the pagoda completely.

The giant bowed, and Noah could be on his way. Or so he thought.
