Time for a change
For the very first time... I slept like a carefree baby.. no nightmares...no sleepless nights.
The room was exquisite and smell so nice.
Today I'll meet those three musketeers and enter the main palace...my father is a man of arts and design...the place were we dined is just his favorite place where he sits alone to admire sunset.
Finally I met someone who adores nature and scenery... Zuma used to dislike it whenever I discussed it with him... enough of Zuma's rubbish.... it's time to move on.
The maids had smile on their face and help me freshen up looking my best to meet my new found family..... I feel so refreshed.
I got in the carriage and it hopped away to the main city heading straight to the center of it all...the bigger picture...the palace!
The people looks so normal and they absolutely did not stare at me...
After a short ride I got to my destination... I saw a lots of warriors... gladly dressed with a serious yet cute look on their faces
"Welcome your highness..." they bowed to me with such an amazing courtesy and respect... little by little I felt the sence of belonging here... it's like I have been here all my life.
I walked on the stairs and straight to the palace and there it was...the majestic hall... anthill is nothing compared to this ..so feared with strong pillars.
"Welcome home darling..." my father hug me and smiled at me...he kissed my forehead and I was shocked..
"You are my princess... you deserve more than just a kiss on the forehead my dear".
"Thanks father..." I blushed completely...
"Hahh. let's go in... I'll show you around then by dinner time I'll take you to meet few annoying pest around here..." he held my hand like a child and it felt warm..
"Pest.... can't wait to squash them...." I teased and laugh
"They are not match for my warrior woman... Well you look beautiful when you smile...make sure you smile more... alright?!" he smiled opening all this gummies out
"The king is really happy....!" I heard one maid say while we pass through the corner...
"Yes...is that his mistress....?" one giggled
"No... she is more than that... I'll tell you later about it!" he replied winking at the maids and they stared at him with shock in their eyes
" Father.. you are acting like a child..." I had to spill it out
"I know...but I can't help it. If Vera was here I'll probably act more like a baby" he laughed out loud again
His taste in design was epic...all article of ages from different realm was hanged on the war. We walked for some time and came at a stop...
"I have kept this villa for your mother..." I felt sadness in his voice... We entered and it was beautiful....this is the type of design my mother would have loved if she was here.
"I drew this when I first met her..." a simple portrait of my mother in her early days... she looks so beautiful..
"It's so beautiful... I have always loved to draw as well but Zuma banned me...." I almost cried remembering how many things I put behind me because of him
"You still can....that bastard doesn't know skill if it hits him on the face. Such an unrealistic animal...lack of artistic sence... what a waste "
he pouted looking angry
" Am rusty in skill already " I bowed in sadness
"I'll teach you personally... What else did you abandon because of that jinx?" it's so ironic..i was formally called a jinx..now the reverse is the case.
"Life painting... singing... swords dancing and poetry..."

Time was fast and I had a great time with my father...we danced together and I played music for him ..
It was dinner time and I was fully prepared for any outburst I may encounter
It's like a never ending feast...the food looks tantalizing and a feast to the eyes...
" Come...sit next to me...." father urge me to sit close to him.. I hope am not taking someone's place
"Good evening father...." they all greeted in solemn respect.. and their eyes were all glued to me...
" And you are....?" the male definitely Cyprus asked with his eye brows raised
"Am Violet...nice to meet you" I greeted back... keep your friends closer and your enemies closer
"Oh... Princess Violet of anthill.... I have heard of your bravery in the last battle royale..." he smiled at me in a weird expression
"She is no longer the princess of that trash dump. She is my daughter..." He couldn't stand the stares.. he broke it to them whether they like it or not....
" Father has been waiting for forever for you.... My condolences on your mother..."

" It isn't....but it's intrusive dear Cyprus..." his eyes twitched immediately and I gave him a smirk that tells ' Mind your business '
"Let's eat ..." father broke the tight sence between us....
We all are while chatting happily... until a full stop came in the building
"Oh...it seems you are here...?" a woman with a young figure but older face approached the table...
"Mother..." the young brat ran to her like a bullied child
" Good evening your majesty"
"Humm" my father gave her nothing but that not even a glance
"You are very beautiful... I love your hair"
" Thanks your highness..." i have to pull a fast one on this people that am not to be meddle with... we ate in little chats and went off to sleep...
My father accompanied me to my villa...
"This place is yours..."

I felt so touched and I ran to his arms....

I cut off the embrace and looked into his eyes...he peaked my cheeks and I blushed
"Look at you... blushing. This is hilarious! Well done mind those mindless fools... don't listen to them and be wary of them"
"Don't worry... I already got a brief headstart form jasper... I'll keep my distance and know how to put them in their place..."
