In the morning, Luna was sitting back between the piles of pillows while expressing her breast milk to be discarded. Last night, the doctor checked her condition and had not allowed her to give breast milk to the twins, because she was still taking a lot of medicine to heal her body.

Ethan was seen walking into the room while carrying Keyra and approaching Luna who immediately put on a sour face when she saw his face. He sat on the edge of the bed and looked at his wife, who had just realized that she had shown hatred towards him since last night.
"Are you satisfied?" asked Luna curtly without looking at Ethan.
"Of course not," replied Ethan as he stretched out his hand to massage Luna's feet. "I'm sad to see you like this."
"Don't worry about me, get your hands off it!" Luna exclaimed with a sharp look. "You see, this milk will only be thrown away when they need it."
