Chapter 24
"I don't want anything anymore, Coach. I want to go home." Despair was heard in Daphne Tjia's voice. She reached for the door handle, but Alec's hand held it.
"You can get out of here only if I let you. Or only if I die." Alec's whisper sounded dangerous.
Daphne Tjia was silent for a moment. She looked at Alec with burning anger. What right does this man have to rule his life? She pushed the bodyguard's body. Not moving.
"You're as weak as a fly, Daphne Tjia," sneered Alec still standing blocking the door.
Daphne Tjia was so annoyed. The girl lunged at her trainer blindly. She nested various irregular punches into Alec's chest. Instead of being in pain, Alec smiled. Spoiled child.
He saw Daphne Tjia's tears of annoyance begin to melt down her eyelashes, then form a creek on her cheek. The girl's hand continued to beat her chest with all her might until Alec backed away a little, taking a stance.
