Dalaran Kingdom

Around four days had passed, and our dragon duo was finnaly on the borders of the Dalaran Kingdom, the prosperous land of magic, although their territory is very small for their influence and they only had one city, Dalaran was one of the main 5 nations of the Alliance of Lordaeron.

This kingdom or rather citystate was one of the main players in Azeroth, being involved in every major conflict since the first invasion of the orcs, always lending their knowledge, power and wisdom to their allies, being a undisputed power house and providing many of the heroes that saved Azeroth from its multiple trials.

The Dalaran City was beautiful, majestic and imposing, much larger than in the game, with spires and towers that sought the clouds, making even the close Alterac Mountains seem like high hills, it had a distinctive purple gleen when the sun hit upon its buildings, it's architecture was clean, practical and gave a futuristic vibe to it, the city was built atop one of the biggest ley lines one could find, providing close to inexhaustible energy to the cities many enchantments, wards and wizards, ley lines were like the the veins of Azeroth, allowing the planet to be full of mana and energy to sustain life, the mysteries of ley lines were even related to creation and the Titans but one did not know much to make use of it, just like a car driver need not know how to process petrol to use the fuel in his car.

Reaching its enchanted gates with their characteristic flag with a golden eye with three knifes beneath on a purple background, we departed from our caravan, which was amusingly a grain merchants who was racking quite alot of cash with the current war bid them farewell and went our way.

The gates had a long line of people before them, most likely refugees from close by who either couldnt restore their villages after raids or simply immigrants who sought bigger safety in its walls, but me and Selia did not go towards the gates, on the contrary, we went in the direction of a lonely mountain one which apparently had nothing special about it, and even of one were to look closely it would be still hard to find something special about it, but I knew that it was the lair of one of the oldest red dragons still alive in Azeroth, the pair of Krasus, the one we were looking for.

Since my plan was little more than relly on Krasus to save our lifes after tempting with knowledge I had, I had to make an impression, something which I could not do if I were to wait on a line and go to the citadel and ask a guard for a meeting, I had to attract his attention even if it could attract also suspicion, we didn't have much time longer before our bodies started to fail us so we had to be swift and decisive on imthis matter... even if it was not a perfect plan I judged it still had quite high chances of sucess, even if he could just throw us a test subjects to the other mages in case he found me full of sh*t....

----

Arriving at the foot of the lonely and short mountain I decided we should climb the to top of it before doing our best to flail or arms around to make senpai notice me, afterall I had no idea of the details about it I knew he had a reasonably sofistiated surveillance system in his lair, and if I was persistent enough he might meet me even if out of sheer annoyance.

So while taking care to not be seen by anyone both me and Selia took our dragon wings our while still on our human form and came to the top of the mountain, and then I decided to test one of my more unused powers, Earth Connection which surprisingly belonged to the black dragonflight and this power was also partly responsible for the black dragonflight going mad... and also one of the reasons to worry about Selia so much, as for the reasons it would be something that I would discuss with Krasus soon, being one of the many information bits that I would tempt him with.

By focusing on the earth below me I could hear it gushing with power, and rumbling slowly and constantly, likely due to the ley lines beneath this place. I could see the image of the interior of the mountain, part of it was hollow, likely being the lair of Krasus, and so I tried to feel slowly the presence of someone inside, extending my awareness to the land to get hopefully hopefully in touch with the red dragon.

After a bit I started to feel the strain deep inside of me, like if part of my soul was being ripped and being bisected, a feeling which I would not dare ignore making me instantly cut the connection and rest until the pain ceased. Atleast I managed to find what I was looking for, deep within the mountain I felt Krasus presence, and while I was not able to communicate with him I was now sure that he should be able to see us.

"Ok, Selia let me talk again, don't try fighting him no matter what!" I said while assuming my draconic form, which was still with clear burn marks on the back and wings, bringing a mild numbness whenever he stretched.

----

Inside the mountain sat an buff elf, with stern face and black eyes without any white around them. He had a blue orb in his hand and looked with puzzlement at the two small drakes outside his lair, wondering how could someone know this place that none even his queen was not aware of, even more scaring was the fact that the bigger one was even able to sense him and tried to call him, bringing him even bigger suspicion was the fact that their colour would shift like rainbow due to their movements and when they were still it would become a silver tone.

"What in Azeroth's name am I dealing with right now? these times are trully chaotic, not only a foreign race invades, my queen is captured by them and now a new type of dragon appears at my doorstep, should I capture and interrogate them? No, they don't show to be hostile, they look afraid even..."

Deciding to go out and see them first, of course not without preparing a few spells and protective artifacts in case something going awry, a habit that came with him living most of the recent centuries as a wizard, he took out his wings behind him, making sure they weren't too large, only enough to allow him ease in flying and speed in case of conflict, and flew to the ceiling, making his way through the transparent glasslike floors until he arrived at the top of the mountain.

"Who are you and how come you know of my lair?"

He didn't show much courtesy, he was direct to show that it was a warning as well as a question on his guests motive.
