Ultimate Wizardry: A Harry Potter Fanfiction

Disclaimer: The world, the places and the characters created by J.K. Rowling belongs her. .......................................... Follow Jason Kenneth Webb (Kenneth Bones) as he ventures, explores and dominates the Harry Potter world and become a wizard like no other! FYI: 1) MC is OP, but he don't get it just by waking up. he will train for it or get tortured for it. 2) I think its boring to write and read the same plot as the original canon. So, in this book, the places, the people and situations exists (Like the horcruxes and Voldemort), however, the plot will be different. MC has foreknowledge of the plot, there is no point following it if he could get rid of few problems before they infest themselves. 3) No Haram, the couple is set from early on.

Nagini's breakthrough and Spatial Phasing

A/N - A little bit of a longer chapter.

........

"When do you think you will be back?" asked Nagini. It was a early spring morning. She watched as Kenneth got ready to take on the rest of task the auror training camp had to offer.

"I'm not sure, the time limit for the longest task is a month, finding the three tokens without being detected is no joke. Are you sure you don't want me to postpone it? Crabbe and Goyle worries me." replied Kenneth. Funnily enough, the two clowns kept on giving Nagini threats and not do anything. Kenneth was just worried that they were waiting for something.

"I'm sure, just do what you need to do. Besides, I feel like my magic is about to have a breakthrough." said Nagini.

Kenneth casually looked at her with his soul eye and said, "Yea, it seems the magic in your purple core has saturated, your vein system has fully developed as well. Once you make the breakthrough, you will jump into a blue core and if you release your morning star seal, then your core can temporarily jump into green state." He had explained to Nagini that he was able to "see" the quality of magic in each wizard and witch, and that the more you use magic, the quality will slowly increase. Nagini's speed of increasing was enhanced due to her daily release of her morning star.

Once Kenneth had left, Nagini started her daily routine and created a few spatial items. Just like Kenneth, she was now able to inscribe the runes using her finger tip. It was more difficult and tiring than using a wand, but she felt a sense of accomplishment every time she used it. Ever since Kenneth had explained to her about the core colors and vein system, she had become more and more intrigued with magic, especially her innate gift, spatial magic.

After her daily duty to the shop, Nagini focused on her self-created magic. She closed her eyes and immersed herself in the feeling of the fabric of space. She smiled as she loved the feeling of being in one with space, it felt as though she was able to be in control of everything around her. She thought while being immersed in the feeling, "Jase was right, space is made up of things that can be seen and not seen, even us humans are a part of it. Since that is the case, if we shrink space then everything within that space will shrink as well."

Nagini recalled everything Kenneth had taught her about space. How he talked about everything around us was like a fabric, how he talked about how mass of an object can effect and bend the fabric, and how , through magic, we can interact with it. The "muggle science" he talked about intrigued her, she found that muggles, despite not having magic, had more knowledge about the nature and it's surroundings. He not only taught her rough theories the muggles had come up with, he also made her watch some "movies" and "cartoons" that showed things of fantasy and said, "Muggle theories are in abundant, however, their technology is not yet developed to fully explore and prove these theories. However, us, with magic, can take a step further." He went on to explaining the theory behind his reconnaissance magic and how he came up with it.

Unlike Kenneth, she did not dare experiment with magic, she knew how dangerous it could be. However, when it came to her innate spatial magic, it was a different story, when ever she was using it the wrong way, she would "feel" that something was wrong.

While closing her eyes, she started to send ripples of magic out of her body with the intention of the effect she wanted to have. Slowly, the space inside her room started to crack like glass, the cracks spread until the entire room was filled with it, and suddenly, as though someone had thrown a rock at it, the entire space crumbled and fell apart. She opened her eye, everything was still the same, however, everything had a dull color and a silver outline on them. "Did it work?" She thought to her self. Walking next to her desk, she reached out to touch it, and as she anticipated, she hand went right through the desk as though she was a ghost.

"It worked!" she exclaimed. One of the theories that Kenneth talked about was the existence of parallel worlds and dimensions. At first it was hard for her to believe such things could exist, but then Kenneth had pointed out that the Fidelius Charm, a spell that could separate a dwelling into a completely intangible and unplottable land, was the proof and an example of such things like dimension can exist. Nagini wanted to know if the spell could work on an piece of land, then could it work on an individual? she wanted to see if she could separate her self from the "Physical world". the first time she tried the spell scared her, because when she separated her, everything around her had turned dark. Thankfully Kenneth had given a lecture on how light worked and how humans are able perceive the world. When she countered the issue by using Kenneth's recon spell and saw where she was, it gave her a second scare. This was because she realized she had "drifted" underground and had to use a spatial jump to readjust a bearing. After experimenting for a while and readjusting the direction of the magic, today she had finally completed the magic that allowed her to be separate from the physical work while still interact with the ground.

"I will call you, Spatial Phasing. Can't wait to show it to him!" she thought as she canceled her magic. The moment she did, she almost blackened out, she realized the consumption of magic for a spell was massive. Weakly, she laid down on her bed and fell asleep. While she was sleeping, her core started to pulse and rotate, every rotation sucked a massive amount of magic in the air, the little bit of purple magic in her started to condense and turn blue. By the time she woke up she realized her body was brimming with power, "What a good day, not only did create my own magic, I also caught up with Jase in terms of quality of magic." she thought happily.

She cast a few spells and realized that not only did her power increase, the consumption deceased my a large margin. Her spatial phasing magic before could only cover the room she was on, now she was able to cover around two small blocks of shops.

West Enfield - Auror Training Ground, Battle Instinct course.

Kenneth was inside the Battle Instinct dome with his eyes closed and his short range reconnaissance spell working continuously and monitoring the increasing speed of the floating crystals that kept shooting at spells at him. He just finished the 4th level of the test and was heading to the 5th level of evaluation, he was going to complete and pass the class.

He picked up from his recon spell that the floating crystal to his right gathering magic to shoot a spell at the same time, the one directly behind him was about to shoot just a half a second after the first crystal. Just as the first spell launched, he stepped forward to dodge it while turning 180 and deflecting the one coming from the back with his wand. Just like that he dodged and deflected a bombardment of spells coming from all direction. After 5 minutes of dodging and fencing, there was a sound indicating he passed the 5th level of the test.

He wiped off a bit of sweat and thought, "the wand is seriously damping my abilities. Although I don't want attract attention, this is seriously depressing. I think I need to visit Ollivanders again and buy another wand, if Mad-eye can use a magical eye, then me duel wielding wands should not cause too much of a commotion. I'll just make up an excuse and tell everyone that asks that you only need a lot of practice to duel cast spells," Buying a another wand was added to his to do list.

When he stepped out of the dome, he heard, "Well done Mr. Webb, you are the first to pass the battle instinct class from your batch. Might I add, the first one to pass the test under a single year. I am expecting great things from you when you get into the field Mr. Webb."

"Thank you Snr. Jacob," replied Kenneth. Jacob Hodge was the Senior Auror in charge of the Battle instinct training.

"I believe this rightfully belong to you now." Snr. auror Jacob waved his wand and parchment floated in front of him. He waved it again and letters appeared on the parchment that said that Kenneth had passed the course. "You should go celebrate now then!"

"Thanks Snr. Jacob," Kenneth took the parchment and left. However, instead of going off to celebrate, he turned into his cat form and dashed towards the resilience training building, after the first few classes he dubbed this class as acting class, because since he discovered he could resist the spells with a transformed dragon hide, he had to act to fall and be immobile. It was actually very difficult for Kenneth, he had to observe his batch mates and take notes of the "symptoms" they displayed once they got hit by a spell and imitate it.

He approached the Snr. auror that was in charge of resilience training, Henry Dales, he had a "proud of his achievements" type of personality. He heard the Snr. auror say while Kenneth was transforming back into his human form, "What can I do for you Mr. Webb?" Almost everyone in the camp knew Kenneth was an Animagus.

"I want to take the Resilience test Snr. Henry." spoke Kenneth.

"Are you sure?" he smirked, "I won't go easy on you just because you are a first year."

"I am," Kenneth replied.

"Very well, follow me," he said and lead Kenneth into an empty training area. Once they arrived, he did not even give Kenneth a warning before he turned around and swiftly pulled his want and shouted, "Reducto!" The spell was created to blast and destroy physical objects, but when the spell was used on living things, the victims would feel as though they were hit by a heavy hammer. The Snr. auror watched as Kenneth get blasted off his feet and fall 6 meters back. He was going to mock Kenneth and say something like how an auror should always be ready and fail him, however to his surprise, Kenneth quickly got back onto his feet.

Kenneth was not at idiot, this Snr. auror of his was very famous taking the trainees by surprised and failing them, so he already had covered inside his cloths with a dragon hide, Kenneth even had to jump back when he was by the spell and coughed while getting up, making an effort when acting was a must.

"Next spell, please, Snr. Henry," Kenneth said calmly.

The Snr. auror's eyebrow twitched as he cast the other spells that they needed to be tested on. To his annoyance, every time when Kenneth looked like he was done for, he would get back onto his feet just before the time was up.

After a few more spells, he threw the passing parchment to Kenneth and snorted, "You passed." Then left. Kenneth politely said, "Thank you Snr. Henry."

Kenneth transformed again into his cat form and dashed through the forest towards the Dueling in the Dark training grounds. While he was running, he heard Nagini speak to him telepathically, "Guess what?" Her voice sounded very happy.

"You broke through?" he guessed.

"Yes!!!! Not only that!! Not only that!! I completed that spell, I'm called it Spatial Phasing!" exclaimed his wife.

Kenneth immediately halted, she had told him what she wanted to do, he had wanted to help her achieve her goal, with his affinity towards magic it would have been easy for him, but decided against it. Because sometimes, struggling and achieving something of their own makes a person feel worthwhile and Kenneth knew that even though Nagini did not say anything, she wanted to be helpful by improving herself.

He was genuinely happy for his wife, not everyone could stay committed towards their own goals. He said, "Congratulations!!"

"Hold on, let me show it to you!" she said happily while sending him memories of her spatial phasing.

After Kenneth went through the memories, he exclaimed, "Marlin's bread Gini, you are a genius! Magic is affected by magic, does this magic allow you to phase through other spells as well? Never mind, even if it don't, you opponent will have to find you first. This is so helpful, if I cant also master it, doesn't it mean the stealth, concealment, tracking and infiltration task is going to be a cake walk?!!"

Nagini laughed at her husbands excitement, completely content with his reaction, "Okay okay, I'll let you get on with your day! Do well in your tests, don't worry about me. Even of Crabbe and Goyle blows up this place, I'll still be fine," she said and severed their connection.

Kenneth sighed at how talented his wife is and started going towards the Dueling in the Dark training ground again. He was going to take the stealth, concealment, tracking and infiltration task after he passed this class. So he had a month inside the test area to try out Spatial Phasing.

He arrived at front of the training building where most of his batch mates was waiting and transformed back into his human form.

"Jason! You are already on your 19th win, one more and you pass the test. Do you think you will be the last man standing today?" Isaac called out. The rest of the first years present stop chatting and looked at Kenneth, who greeted Isaac and Sophia with a fist bump. He replied, "I'll being taking the win today, sorry guys." After battling and shooting spells at each other for the last 7 months, they all had formed small comrade type relationship with each other, even the ones like Kenneth who did not interact with anyone else felt this.

Isaac joked, "Well well, I WAS going to let you win, but looking at your happy face makes me want to beat you up. After all we can't have you so far ahead of us. Right guys?"

There was a lot of laughing and a lot of "hear! hear!" from the rest of them.

After 10 minutes, the rest of their group gathers together, while Isabella Bafford, the Snr. auror that was in charge of the class, let the group into the building.

They all randomly went towards different entrances and entered the dimly lit building. No one was allowed to cast spells in the first 5 minutes, so everyone was either teaming up or finding a place that was strategically best for survival inside the building that was make to look like a city in ruins. Kenneth simply turned into a cat and avoided anyone that was coming close to him through his recon spell.

When the 5 initial minutes was up, a bell resounded inside the building, indicating that the battle had started. While most of the people kept their guard up and walked around slowly, trying to pick up any noise. Kenneth dashed forward towards his nearest target, being in his cat form allowed him to be fast and not make too much sound. When his target was just around the corner of a rubble building, he jumped onto the corner wall and jumped again, appearing on top of the targets head. In mid air, he transformed into his human form drew his wand and wordlessly cast the stunning charm and transformed into a cat again and dashed to his next target without looking back.

While he was running towards his target, his recon spell picked up another person on top of a building, he noticed Kenneth and was ready to cast a spell. Just when his stunning spell went towards Kenneth, Kenneth turned back into a human form and wordlessly cast the "Ascendio" charm. The charm lifted Kenneth high into the air, where he again cast the stunning charm twice, then turned into a cat and landed softly on his paws. The two charms hit his target and the one hiding on top of a building.

20 minutes later, Kenneth walked out of the training building with a parchment that said he passed the Dueling in the Dark class.

Only stealth, concealment, tracking and infiltration task was left.
