New Friends

We arrived together in english class it was a little loud because every one was doing something, some were talking to their friends while others where either on their phone or simply just looking out of space.

We quickly took our seat in the front of the class.

"So which school did you transfer from?" Kelly asked me

" Oh, umm I was homed school" I replied

"Oh, that must be so cool, anyways what career would you choose in life?" she asked

"Oh, I want to be an editor or even a writer" I stated

" What do you wanna do?" I asked

"Well, I want to be a fashion designer, I don't know I just got a thing for fashion you know" she stated we continue talking until the teacher enter the class, I found out that she is from a single parent family, and she also has a twin brother that she told me I'll meet at lunch with her other friends. I really hope that they are nice as she is I silently prayed.

"Good morning class today we have a new student joining us" the teacher stated every eye in the class started looking around until they finally looked at me, I suddenly felt shy and slowly I got up from my seat to introduce myself to my fellow peers.

"Hi, my name is Kyle Mills, I love reading and writing" I said and then walked back to my seat and get myself prepared for class.

Seeing as it was the first day of school, we just went over the topics that we will cover for the term.

"Hi what class do you have next" Kelly asked I quickly checked and replied

"I got Foods class" I replied

"Oh, I got math but it's on the same block so walk with me" Kelly said

I did just that and we talked all the way straight to class it turns out that her class was a couple doors down, I slowly entered my class I took a seat on a stool in the back and took out my drawing book and slowly starts drawing.

The thing about me is if I'm not drawing, reading or cooking because those are my absolute passion I completely zoned out because it looks have if I reached class a little too early.
