Departure II

"I thought we would be leaving now?" Tae Yong gave Miri a disappointed look. It had been a week since the dinner with his father and Tae Yong was ready to leave. "Don't you have to get your affairs ready?" Miri glanced back at Tae Yong. Miri had again assumed the body of a soldier. "I've already taken care of all my affairs. I've even selected the soldiers who are coming with us! They and I are ready to go and now you tell me that we have to wait." Tae Yong's face turned from anger to despair to disappointment.

Miri, Nam Mu and Tae Yong were sitting in the guest room at Tae Yong's palace quarters. Li Jie had gone back to his old house to explain to his father that he was about to leave. He had begged Jin to come with him. "I haven't received anything yet." Miri turned to Nam Mu, who nodded. "I haven't gotten anything either. I think we need to wait. It hasn't been long since we've come back from the Heavens."
