Shin Suri

Yu Han arrived faster than I expected. I knew he wasn't traveling with Lu Jinho because Lu Jinho entrusted me to him. I had a lot of things to tell him but I couldn't talk to him yet since there were people around.

"I'll talk to you soon, for now, you should have breakfast and wait for a little while till I don't have so many people around me".

He said nothing and simply nodded. By this time, Yu Lei was long gone. So we went back to Jagi since we were done eating. She was reluctant to tell us what she say yesterday but after a while, she opened up and told us everything.

It felt unreal at first but actually, nothing made sense ever since I met her. First, she was extremely big, bigger than any other tiger I had ever seen yet, she was extremely scared of other animals. She literally understood everything Joo Ah and I use to say, then, she turned completely black all of a sudden and then she became a human being. To me, this was the only reasonable reason and she being a witch was most definitely not a problem, as a matter of fact, I believed I needed one real bad.

"I don't see why this is a problem. Yu Lei isn't the king you met back then. It might have been his past life but he is a totally different person now".

I looked at Joo Ah and she was nodding so I knew she agreed with me. I was about to say something else but she beat me to it.

"Shin Suri is right besides, a witch? Pretty cool. You should learn absolutely everything you can from Kim Yuri, she's a queen after all".

I nodded in total agreement but Jagi had a different opinion.

"I don't want to, I don't want to be a witch".

"What are you talking about? You have to be a witch. Having a witch in the crew is more than needed so get your act together and stop acting like a baby".

She looked at me and Joo Ah with teary eyes and I was beginning to think she enjoyed crying.

"You guys...you are not disgusted or scared?"

"What's there to be scared about? You have both seen me kill someone before and you weren't scared so why would I be scared of you?"

She turned to look at Joo Ah.

"Hey, as long as the people you kill are annoying motherfuckers, I'm all in".

"Thanks, guys. I wasn't able to sleep at all last night because I was scared but having you guys with me makes me feel a lot safer".

We stayed with her till she fell asleep. I told Joo Ah I wanted to go check on something and she said she would stay with Jagi so I left.

When I got to my room, I called Yu Han to come to my room. When he came in, I made sure the door was closed so no one could hear anything we wanted to talk about.

"Is there a problem Miss Shin Suri?"

"Not at all. Have a sit".

He bowed and sat down on a chair close to my bed.

"I have fifteen million dollars, I need to make triple the digit before the year runs out".

"How do you plan on doing that ma'am?"

I stood up and went towards the window. He also stood up and came close but he stood behind me and kept his distance.

"I don't know, that's why I called you".

"How would I possibly do that?"

I turned to look at him with a very serious face.

"Get me companies that are going bankrupt or have already gone bankrupt. I might have to remind you, dollar is pretty hefty in this part of the country".

"Yes, ma'am".

I turned back. For some reason, I really loved the view.

"So, how many buildings can we get with that amount?"

"We can get about four to five buildings since they've gone bankrupt and will be eager to sell. But miss..."

I turned again with my brow raised.

"I don't know what exactly it is you want to do but I don't think you should use all your money to get buildings".

I smiled a little.

"Do you think I'm that naive? Figures, you'd feel that way since my face is this cute. Get me the buildings by the end of the week. Time is not on my side".

He bowed and walked towards the door but stopped and turned when he heard my voice.

"Ah, by the way, all this, is between just you and me. No one else has to know, okay?"

He bowed and finally left. When he left, I transferred all the money I had taken from Li Meilins' account and transferred it to my current limitless card. It sure felt nice to be rich and I was more than ready to start using it.

After doing everything I wanted to do, I went back to Joo Ah and Jagi. Jagi was still sleeping but before I could talk, Joo Ah dragged me out of the room.

"What? What's going on?"

"I got a call from Kay, I'll be going there in the next one hour. Maybe I can get something relevant to the stuff happening to Lu Jinho".

I looked at her with my hands folded and my brow raised.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that?"

"You look more excited than serious. Are you sure you are going there for me or for you?"

"Oh please, I told you already, he doesn't like me like that. I just feel this is going to be a big opportunity, period".

"Okay".

Joo Ah sure took her time to look good, this was probe the first time I saw her looking so feminine. By the time she was ready to leave, Jagi was awake.

"Are you going to find answers or are you going on a dating?"

"I'll definitely be getting answers".
