"Wow! You two made this together?!"
Calix, with wide eyes, started circling on the strawberry vanilla cake in front of him. He watched the cream on the sides melted down to cover the soft surface of the lower layer.
Gray, who witnessed that reaction, shrugged. 'He's really childish. I wonder if he's still gonna act like this when the time comes,' he thought, secretly rubbing his nape.
He couldn't stop it. Calix looks so innocent. He's like a child, wanting all the happiness in the world. However, Gray had a strong sense. He gazed at Calix with the thought to himself. 'Though his eyes look lifeless'
"I didn't expect the both of you to perfect the new recipe I've made," Calix said, slicing the cake with the bread knife. He put the slice on his plate and tasted it. "Dewiscious!" he mumbled.
Getting this compliment was enough to make Yukio bow. He seemed to be happy after finding out that Calix liked the cake. "Thank you," he said.
