"J-Jiang Rui?!"

Qui Yuan's mind became full of thoughts, he saw how these guys beat up Jiang Rui so he knew the male will never side with them. He was speechless when he saw Jiang Rui's actions towards him.

Qui Yuan looked at him, the male was still holding his cheeks. He can't sense any emotion from his face, it was blank. Jiang Rui tightened the grip on his jaw that caused the Qui Yuan to wince, but were taken aback when Jiang Rui whispered something.

Another creepy laugh broke the moment between them "So? Rui..Do you want us to help you beat him?" the one with a cigarette on his mouth asked.

Jiang Rui clicked his tongue "Let me do it.." he said sternly

Qui Yuan jolted when he saw another guy come in with a baseball bat in his hands while smiling creepily. "Use this.." he suggested

'..Wait a minute! Why is there a baseball bat here? Am I going to survive here? Diccu!! I'm scared..I don't want to experience such pain..Is there a boot option?..And Jiang Rui?! What are you doing?!'

Jinli's thoughts were as fast as racing cars, she were scared and nervous at the same time. Events like this only happened in the BL books, and she was not ready to face this group of gangsters.

Qui Yuan cannot think straight anymore. His hands trembled and sweats started to well up from his forehead. Jiang Rui took the baseball bat from the male. He swayed it in the air like practicing to hit something.

"Jiang Rui, go on and hit him, don't you dare forget our condition.." one of them who seems to be the leader said

Qui Yuan glanced at Jiang Rui, and he saw how the male gritted his teeth in silent anger. It was like Jiang Rui was just keeping up with them.

"Jiang Rui hit me!!" Qui Yuan yelled that made the male froze

The male aggressively looked at him "What?!" he exclaimed in surprise

"If you hit me, they'll let you go..so it's okay!!" Qui Yuan answered

DICCU: Hit you? Did I hear it right? I thought you were trembling in fear a while ago?

[I have a plan, Jiang Rui whispered something to me]

Five boys gathered around them as they chanted some encouraging words to Jiang Rui in unison. Then silence crawled between Qui Yuan and Jiang Rui.

"You really want me to hit you eh.." Jiang Rui smirked and then without a second thought he swung the baseball bat in the air, hitting two males. They fell and curled on the ground.

"You bastard!!!" The three of them charged towards Jiang Rui but he was fast enough to slide down as he quickly hit their legs. He stood up and beat them with the bat.

A hysterical laugh made Jiang Rui stop, and then when he turned his gaze to Qui Yuan's place; the male was not there anymore.

"Jiang Rui!!"

He turned around and saw Ling Shudi gripping Qui Yuan's hair while he was kneeling down. He can see the pain in the male's eyes because he was still tied up.

Ling Shudi smirked "Rui,your head is getting bigger and bigger each day.."

"Let him go!!!" Jiang Rui's voice was raging in madness

"Ngh!" Qui Yuan whined when Ling Shudi clenched his jaw "Heh?..Are you threatening me? After the things my father did for you.." he whispered

"Your father is a piece of garbage! And I don't need his help!!!" Jiang Rui yelled, squeezing the bat tightly in his palm.

Ling Shudi became hostile from the insult he heard. He swiftly kicked Qui Yuan in the stomach and let him cough with blood.

"Say Rui, you know I'm not a very patient person..How dare you insult my father in front of me" Ling Shudi crouched down pulling Qui Yuan's hair, letting the male face him "Do you want me to tell your friend here a story?" he asked

Jiang Rui were taken aback from what he heard "Stop!! You've got it all wrong!!" his fingers started to trembled

Ling Shudi found it amusing, seeing Jiang Rui tremble in fear.

Qui Yuan was so weak to defend himself and he was now becoming a little drowsy and his surroundings were getting blurry, but when he saw what Ling Shudi did to Jiang Rui, his eyes immediately pierce the male holding his head with a glare.

"Hey little kid," Ling Shudi called out as he bent closer to Qui Yuan's face, "Do you remember anything after waking up from your coma?" he asked in a cunning tone

Jiang Rui fell on the ground with his knees shaking "Stop! Yuan! don't believe in him!!" he yelled in his hoarse voice

Ling Shudi chuckled then his face went straight "Look…" he pointed at Jiang Rui "Rui were lying to you the whole time...Aren't you wondering why did you wake up in the hospital and then suddenly a piece of your memory vanished away?" he was asking and watching Qui Yuan's reaction

"Yuan!! Don't listen to him!!!" Jiang Rui once again yelled

Qui Yuan was stunned and speechless, he didn't even understand a thing between their conversations. He saw an uncommon expression from Jiang Rui's eyes, like regrets and guilt.

"L-Let me g-go.." he finally uttered

Ling Shudi's eyes widened in surprise as he heard Qui Yuan. His laugh became creepy, like he was a psycho. "Yuan? Is that your name?" he asked..

Instead of answering, Qui Yuan tried to yank away from him by giving him a kick in the stomach. But the kick from him was too frail, so Ling Shudi replied with a punch on his face. Qui Yuan again hit the ground. While Jiang Rui was going to dash to save him, Ling Shudi pulled out a knife from his pocket "Come here and I will slit his throat!" he yelled.

Ling Shudi's expression became dark and his pupils were bawling out in anger. Gritting his teeth, he pulled Qui Yuan towards him.

Qui Yuan was now crying because of the different pain he was feeling. The rope tied up on him was seizing him more and the area of it was becoming sore. "Yuan.." Ling Shudi called out

"Did you know that Jiang Rui tried to kill you..?"
