Divine Lord?

Ze was travelling through a forest called East Serpentine forest. Just as the name suggests, there are mostly snake beasts present. The rumored Void formation realm should be also snake beast. Most likely a Tyrant snake. Those snakes are common here, and since they possess dragon bloodline, they have some potential growth.

Ze used his divine eyes to search for food. He encountered many beasts, but they didn't even know that he was there.

Ze do not want to eat snake meat, but all he encountered were snakes, So broadened his search.

He soon found a earthen wild boar. It is 500 miles away from him and was deep in the forest. He checked the boar's surroundings and found no other beasts. He began to run towards it.

He began to formulate a plan to kill it. From previous owner's memories he had a low rank fist technique. With that and his body power, he calculated he can kill it. With that he will not have to worry for at least half-a-month about food. He will put in some room of the palace and stop the time flow there to preserve the meat.

The boar was leisurely walking around without any care. Well, it is at Soul formation realm and very few can challenge it here.

Just as he was prepared to attack, the ground began to shake vigorously.

The boar began to run and Ze also retreated and turned back to look at the cause for the commotion. He saw a red colored golden snake coming from underground at the place where he previously stood.

Ze got confused because he was operating shroud ability. It should not detect him. Why did it target him? As if it were reading his thoughts, the system gave a reply.

Ze got all doubts cleared from system's answer. As expected, he really have no experience in fights. He let his emotions run wild. Also just before he searched fanatically his surroundings, but he forgot to search underground. What a mistake!

Ze got angry at this stupid snake which let his food slip, so he observed what was this snake with his eyes.

Ze was in a daze about all the information he was seeing. This forest should have void formation as its highest rank right? What do you mean by Divine lord realm? Also evolved means what, evolved? Ze felt that he was scammed. As expected, you cannot trust news anywhere.

After cooling down, he began to think about the fruitful encounter the beast had. It not only increased its bloodline purity but also changed its species entirely. This is not generally possible.

It had to be that one possibility. There is a fruit called Blood spirit fruit, which increases the purity of a bloodline and that too it should have had it in large quantities. It is a fruit which ranks higher than a tier-9 and only is below immortal rank. But it is impossible for such a fruit to appear in this backward forest. Apart from the sects and clans, such trees which produce such fruits are in deepest part of the Great Desolates and they are heavily guarded by wild beasts. But the reality is different here.

Also just because of the fruits, it will not have that much increase in bloodline. There must be something else.

Although he was curious about this, he do not want to probe into that matter. Ze was confident that he can escape from this beast but if it came to a fight, he was not so confident.

What if he wants to pursue the matter and follow the beast to its cave and find more of its companions there? It would just be a waste of time. He might as well find the boar which escaped.

Also with the system with him, any encounter is basically trash. Well, if it is an encounter like some Ancient God Inheritance, he would be interested. Not because of the power he would get, but because he wants a camouflage. If in near future, he should have a fight with someone, he do not want to expose system's techniques because they are way overpowered. Someone might trace it back to him. So camouflage is good.

He planned to leave but he soon stopped because the beast is using fire laws. He might as well see how it would use them to collect some experience.

He activated his divine eyes all this time. He do not have to worry about qi depletion because of his indomitable will, he can operate them forever. He can record everything he sees, so he plan to improve his understanding of laws and get some experience.

But reality was different. That stupid snake just spat fire everywhere and burned everything to dust. There is no technique here.

Ze saw the fire, sighed and was about to leave when he saw some information which made him gasp in disbelief.
