In an oriental-style room, two people were seen chatting. The first person is a blond androgynous man who uses blue and yellow hanbok. At first glance the appearance looks like a woman. The man is the ruler of Evankhell's Hell, HanSung Yu.

While the man in front of him is a brown man with red hair and eyes. He was seen wearing a white lab coat, with a star pin on his shoulder. He is the area-3 examiner, the place where Kira did his test, Quant Blitz.

"Only 5 regulars survived from 200 regulars !?" said Yu.
