-63- Soulserpent

The soulserpent was a gigantic snake that was 20 meters long (10 meters longer than a python), but what made it gigantic was its girth. The beast was 3 meters in circumference at its thickest part (pythons at their biggest are about 1 meter).

It had scales that shimmered like polished obsidian, covered in intricate runes that glowed faintly with a sickly green light. Its fangs were long and needle-sharp, dripping with venom that was mixed with death qi, and its eyes looked like deep voids.

Xander watched as the soulserpent attacked.

It was surprisingly quick for a snake, but Xander was ready. He started to send lightning bolt after lightning bolt at the beast, each hit doing a little damage to its scales.

As the beast neared, Xander phased into the mirage realm and teleported behind the snake.

He continued to send lightning bolts while also starting to summon a storm above him.
