Blanka's POV

Hey Zac,

Do you still remember me? I don't think so. It's been years since I last receive a reply from you. Why did you suddenly go? Did I do something wrong?

I typed on the screen and again I erased it. It's been 2 years since I last met him, it's not like he remembers me right?

"Bee get your ass here now!", My mom yelled down the hall.

"Coming ma", I yelled back. I glanced at my blank page one last time before running down. My mom was super excited and happy as she told the person on the door to get inside. I caught a glimpse of the guy on the door.

"ZAC?!", I yelled louder than expected. I wrapped my arms around his neck and embraced him in a tight bone crushing hug. He slightly chuckles before hugging me back.

"It's been so longggg, I thought you forgot me!", I said as I left him allowing him to come in.

"As if I would", he said with a smile plastered across his face.

"Says the one who didn't reply me in past 2 years", I reply sarcastically.

"Yah, Blanks! You don't speak like that to your guest.", Ma yelled at me while hitting my arm slightly.

" Ma he ain't a guest!", I said and she ignored me.

"What would you like Zac?", Ma asked sweetly.

"Just water, thank you", he said.

Ma went to get water while he sat on the couch. He told me he was sorry about not replying because he was doing his course in an University where any electronics aren't allowed and he could only meet his family eight times in two years.

"So you are finally a Game designer?", I asked cheerfully. He smirked and replied, " I started my own company babe"

"Really? That's great BFG!", I replied.

"What's your company's name?", I asked excited at his achievement. I'm so proud of him right now. A best friend couldn't be prouder than I was right now. He was finally doing what he always wanted to do.

"Victor", he replied. It took me by surprise. It was our special word which meant always together and we will win.

"You mean our 'Victor'?",I asked confused what I expected it to be.

"Yes Blanka Reziknov our 'Victor'. I didn't come here just to tell you this. I came today to ask you--", he was interrupted when Ma entered the room. She gave him water and went upstairs to get ready. She had to leave for doing some shopping.

After she left I suddenly remembered what Zac was saying. I wanted to know what he was going tell me. So I asked him," hey Zac you were telling me something right?"

"Oh,that-- ", I saw him nervous for the first time in my life. He was never a shy type. Even in college he was really popular.

"May I know what's going on in that pretty head of yours?", I asked.

He thought for a while and spoke in an unsure voice," Blanka, I came here today to ask you--"

Suddenly I saw a car pulling up in my lawn. It was Raiener, My boyfriend.

"I'm so sorry Zac. I'll listen to you later okay? First I want you to meet someone special", I said happily dragging him to Raiener.

I threw my hands around Raiener and he lifted me up and turned me around before finally putting me back on the ground. I giggled as he put his hand on my shoulder.

Zac's POV

"Hey Raiener! This is Zac Smirnoff, my best friend. Zac this my boyfriend Raiener Popov", she introduced. Raiener put his hand forward for a hand shake. It took me good couple of minutes before I shook his hand.

She just said boyfriend, didn't she? I quickly cover my pain with a fake smile as I shook his hand. He smiled at me. I was such a fool. I worked hard these years just to realise that I had lost her.

I lost her forever.....

We went inside to have a little chat. I kept talking in a normal tone. They met 2 years ago when I went to the university for my course. They are now dating almost for 2 years. They love each other very deeply and I'm happy for her. I was happy to see her happy and sad to know I wasn't the reason for her smile.

I somehow manage to convince them to let me go home so I won't have a break down in front of them. Here I was going to ask her to be my girlfriend. I was so stupid. I should have known she saw me nothing more than a friend.

Only if I knew. I promise you Blanka, I'll never come in between your happiness and you. I'll watch you from far and always will be there ,for you.
